that's a good point. It's funny, because I never considered FOR A SECOND running or hiding when thinking of the fight. I thought of helping people and fighting and stuff. XD
I guess that's how you figure out your house. When all the other ideas seem stupid.

Hahaha I never thought for a single second of the possibility of staying. I just thought about how I would manage to get out of hogsmeade safely in case Voldemort attacked there too, and how far I could run.
Its the same with scary movies - I never ever think of how to defeat the villian, I always think about how fast I can get away and where the ******** the police are. I'm not going to get chopped up talk2hand
Yeah it is a good way to know what house you would be in smile

That's why I consider myself a Ravenclaw, because I wouldn't just go running from the fight, I'd think about every possible way I could totally hurt somebody without them being able to hurt me.
And scary movies, if some jerkwad is chasing me, I'd call the cops first, and then hide, with like a weapon on hand, running makes you tired, making it easier for the psycho man with a machete to grab you and slice you in half. 3nodding
NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT THAT DID YOU NYMPHIE!!!!!!!

rolleyes I wouldnt just RUN without thinking Buzz, im not stupid. I would find a weapon and hide until the bad guy is unconcious or asleep or dead. Unless it was in a city and then I would find a weapon and sneak out until I got in sight of something safe and then I would run.
Whatever I would end up doing I DEFINATELY would NOT be trying to be a hero and kill the bad guy. That's just lame.

But you'd still try to outrun them.
I'm basically thinking "he/she is going to try an kill me, so I'm going to have to not let them do that."
So if you end up outrunning them and telling the police, the best that'll happen is you'll get protected by the police for a while... and then after that, what? You'd be safe? No, you'd feel safe, and then, BAM! You get hacked.

I've never watched scary movies because I'm a p***y. But for big epic conflict, the point seems obvious to me. You have to disable and stop the thing that wants to hurt people, not get away so it doesn't hurt YOU specifically.
If I have to run away so I can regroup and bring it down later, then that's different. But I definitely wouldn't run away if I could kick it's a**.
