Well, it's official. I really wrecked my knee... torn ACL, torn meniscus, torn cartilage. evil Going to have surgery to fix the mess. Waiting to hear back from the doctor's office when that will be but best guess for now will be first part of March. xp

Willa-Wisp Well, it's official. I really wrecked my knee... torn ACL, torn meniscus, torn cartilage. evil Going to have surgery to fix the mess. Waiting to hear back from the doctor's office when that will be but best guess for now will be first part of March. xp
Oh, crap. The new surgeries are a LOT better than when we were younger. No more zipper scar from your thigh to your calf. It's all done with cameras now. I hope you have that as an option!

I hope you have that as an option!That would be an arthroscopic procedure... meaning 3 or 4 puncture holes with cameras. At least that's what I'm hoping for. Will find out more in a couple of weeks. The doc's office called with my surgery schedule. Supposed to go in for my pre-op visit on March 5, out-patient surgery on March 11 and then first post-visit with doc on March 18. So, I don't have too long to wait and get this done and over with. biggrin
