From what I can see, they used Keter and added a -burg behind it, Chokmah, Da'at, Binah, Hod, Chesed-onia. and Malkuth.

Woah, nice find. I wonder how they got the Kimlascan names.

Also, completely irrevelent to the topic, when I first heard of sephiroth in Tales, my immediete thought was the long and silver haired villain from another game.
