Description: Mmkay. Here goes.
Xyturn is going to have a lot of edits. The biggest edit of course being wings. The wings should be quite large in comparison to her body. They should look more than flight capable, and should be bigger than Zephyiote's wings, but the relative design should be the same. The skin of the wings should be a red color, similiar to Zephyiote's, just a little lighter.
The hair should be a bit longer, and messier, more ruffled. A little bit should fall in her face, perhaps obscuring a bit of her eyes. The most important note about her hair: It should obscure where her horns are. Xyturn won't have horns on the back of her head, like Zephyiote. Her hair should hide the base of the horns. She should, however, have a horn on her nose, like Zephioyte. Only Xyturn's horn should be larger. Her hair should be a dark bluish at the roots, and turn to turquoise near the tips. Like on Zephyiote, it should also extend all the way down her back, to her tail tip, but the tail fluff/poof should be gone. Instead, she should have a sort of feather fan on her tail. Like on this painter's tail. The feathers should be the same color as her mane, with blue on the edges, but they should still have the circle on the end, like on Zephyiote's peacock feathers. She should have a crest of feathers at the start of her mane. The design of the crest should be sort of like the crest of feathers on this guy.
She should also have mini peacock feathers on the ends of her whiskers, like this painter; but again, with peacock feathers.
Her foot should be changed, to have only three toes, and the claws should be larger than on a normal Pan'Lun. As for the design of her foot...something like on this (Only with much larger claws). The toes should be wider than a normal Pan's toes, and more like a bird's foot, than an animal's paw. The claws should be black in color.
The claws on her hands should be made a little longer than normal, but other than that, I don't want any editing done to the hands. The claws on her hands should also be black.
Her ears should be the same as Zephy. They should be obnoxiously large, and there should be four of them. She should also have the fur on her cheeks and elbows removed. Instead, on her cheeks, she should have the same sort of spikey things that Zephyiote has. She should also have four yellow eyes on her head, like Zephyiote. But her eyes should be pupil-less. (You can't see the eyes very well in the sketch, but she should have four on her head, like Zephyiote)
Xyturn should also have a gem on her forehead, like Zephyiote. Only Xyturn's gem should be red, and it should be a bit larger than Zephyiote's gem.
She should also have long 'snaggle' teeth. The same kind that Zephyiote has. Those are the two canines that poke past her lip and show. Only Xyturn's snaggle teeth should be larger than Zephy's.
Xyturn should have a few accessories. As far as these go...mostly just go off of the sketch/reference picture. She shoud have a few earrings, one of them with feathers. She should have bracelets on her forearms, a necklace with a diamond design, and jewelry on her legs. All of the metal jewelry should be varying shades of silver. Xyturn really dislikes gold. As for the design, actual look of the jewelry...think Aztec. I really like how you did Atzi, so if you're having trouble interpreting a design of mine, feel free to change it to your tastes. The skulls on her shoulders are iffy. Do them if you feel like it, but you really don't have to. They're the part I care the least about.
The most important accessories are the red bandanda/scarf around her neck, and the bell on her tail. The other accessories can be added at her teen or adult stage. I wouldn't expect a baby to be born wearing all that stuff xD But Zephyiote would make the scarf and bell for Xyturn, so I'd like to have them on her even as a baby, as tokens of affection from her mother.
Oh, and I have a request for an edit that's not on the ref pic. If you feel you could work it. I'm not sure what to call them, but it'd be cool to have the same feather ear jewelry on this guy, put on Xyturn. Only instead of the feathers being green, orange and blue, I'd like it to be in purple, red, and black. Oh yes, the beads are another optional thing on those. You can add the beads as well as the feather things if you want. But if either of these poses a problem, feel free not to add them.
As far as color goes, Xyturn should be black. But not so black that you can't see the gorgeous lineart. More of a really dark grey sort of color. Her head plating should be a dark blue/purple mix. And the tiger stripes...go wild. It's a crazy coloring job. I apologize in advance for how annoying it's gonna be to color her. The tiger stripes should be a regular red color on her face, on her fingers and toes, and on her wing digits. Like these stripes on Zephy. But the rest of 'em should be kind of wavy and distorted. And a mixture between purple and turquoise. Like the stripes on Lance here.
Anothe effect, which I'm not sure whether to put into the edits or coloring category. This isn't in the reference pic, but if you felt up to it, maybe I could get a sort of dark mist, or smoke, around Xyturn's feet and hands? Like the mist on this guy, but only around her feet and hands?

I apologize for the poor ref picture. The inking was okay, but I was working with possibly the worst colored pencils I've ever had the misfortune to use in my life. So the color is somewhat lacking...
There's a necklace around her neck, if you look. But it's not that noticable due to the dark coloring. And there are a few earrings etc. In her ears, if you look...Other than that...I don't think there's much to explain. Other than that...I apologize again for the poor quality xd
