Ahgg, This is a fairly short story, about recent troubles and upcoming troubles.
So, I come back from Thanksgiving break, and all of a sudden my clarinet won't go above the register, except for G, A, B, and C, and won't go below normal (I couldn't play B, A, G, F, or E, essentialy anything that needed buttons on the lower half) So my Band Director takes it and says he'll look at it (Even if it took him untill just yesterday, but that's besides the point) So he comes and tells me my mouth is too strong for the average clarinet mouthpiece and I need to have one special ordered (Which he did). And I got the new mouth piece today, but when I tried it I still couldn't play (Now I couldn't even play high GAB or C) he says it would take time (Now he tells me) and Now I need to keep playing for hours on end untill my mouth can move automatically to where it needs to be. This is a problem because I've been playing the same way for 6~7 years now. I hope I can do it. The other problem? Well, the Christmas Concert is coming up this Thursday, and what am I going to do if I can't play half the notes?
Basically, I'm sad sad

Hmm...How many clarinets are in the band? If you have to, you could just fake anything you can't play. Assuming there's enough other clarinets to cover for you.
It might be easier than you think to adjust. You could try to do different things with the mouthpiece and your embochure (I have no idea if I spelled that right) and stuff like that, and see what works. Try to adjust everything. It might takes hours in the practice room, but I am sure that you will get it eventually.
