Margem is graduating college! So we, her friends and the crew here at RPG, have decided that we absolutely must throw her a party! It was all Aphrodite Dae's idea, if you're wondering. We're going to be here almost all week (from the 17th to the 20th). So what are you waiting for? Start partying!

Graduation Speeches and Well Wishes

This is where you, the members of RPG, can give Margem your well wishes. You can write up a speech or just say a few words. Post what you like in the thread and we'll put it here.

Hydra-Star's Speech

I met Margem in... Well, it must have been early March of 2006, because RPG had just begun in all it's bright new babyhood and goodness. We'd both joined because we had a mutual acquaintance, then known as Mr.Ownage. Some of you may now recognize him as our own VC Luciferian_Depression (you may have noticed that I still call him Mr.O). He was one of RPG's original founders and had invited the two of us to RPG. She was one of our very first members, and while most of us who were here in those early months have since left she has remained with us through all these years.

We were all young and silly then. We were newbies to Gaia in our own brand new guild, and we did some immensely silly things (such as host our own "spectacular performance", which was really just going to bed). *sigh* Those were the days.

Who knew we'd come to this point. Two years ago I never dreamed that one day I'd get to watch Mar graduate from college! Well, I didn't actually get to watch because someone didn't invite me, but that's besides the point. We've come a long way since that magical time of newness and babyhood. Now we're oldbies who are constantly grumbling about the past and how wonderful it was "back then" with no idea how great we have it now. What a difference a few years can make.

I luv ya, Mar! Happy graduation. You are amazing. I'm so glad that two years down the road you're still with us. Don't you dare quit Gaia! The guild wouldn't be the same without you. You've definitely left your mark here, and if my predictions are worth anything (which they're usually not, but I think this one's an exception) you'll continue to do so for quite some time.

Aphrodite Dae's speech

First I would like to say Congrats Margem.!!!!! Its such a wonderful time in your life. Don’t forget to soak it all in. Enjoy every second and be proud.
Im so happy I have got to know you Miss Magem.
We have become friends over the last year and even closer these past few months. You are wonderful and smart.
Margem you really add something special to the RPG .
(Mar keeps it lively around here.)
I’m so very proud of you. Good luck with everything and anything in your life. I wish for nothing but good things for your future.

Graduation Presents

Since she's graduating and all, it's only natural that we give our dear Margem some gifts. If you need suggestions, we've got them right here for you! Mar's on a few quests, so we figured we'd ban together to help her out.

Of course, if your poor, lazy, or greedy you don't have to give Mar a gift. You're welcome to just stick around and chat.

Possible Gifts:
--Inks and Bugs: Margem's questing for the full body dye tatoos, so she's always looking for inks and bugs. If you have some spares from Daily Chance or from wandering around towns this is a great (and conveniently inexpensive) gift. She is not looking for brown ink or the bugs that make it! There is no Brown Body Dye.
-- Gold Donations: Of any amount. Small or large. To help Margem with her Questing of all the iteams on gaia.
