He'd been avoiding Ki for about a week now, he'd even slipped away from Vi's den and hospitality. He had been on his own, though he'd felt very lonely more often than not. Not to mention his run in with his mother the other day... He frowned softly as he stare up at the moon, lounging in the grass of the pridelands with no set goals of the night in mind.
He never did much of anything anymore, he missed Ki dearly but he figured this would be the best for them right now. He had even been snotty toward her before he left his best friend... how could he let her know that he loved her? He had to keep that a deeply buried secret... they were like brother and sister, so in his mind it would be wrong to let her know something about that, he felt ashamed that he felt those sort of feelings for her.
He growled slightly and moved to all fours, stretching and beginning to move through the pridelands, letting his thoughts control his attention.
