So I got my first real job working at Blockbuster. I had my first day today, and let me tell you, I'm exhausted. I'm going to bed as soon as a finish typing this topic. Sorry that I can't take the time to respond to all the threads right now. I'll grace you with my presence when I haven't just gotten home from working 5 hours and 18 minutes. Until then, good night.

Good luck with working, Star. It DOES take a lot out of a person. Trust me, even a 2 hours shift working dishroom in our cafeteria leaves me without energy at the end of the shift. biggrin I'm proud of you getting a job, though! heart

Thanks. I'm really happy about getting it. Today I work from 2 to 9. I have really long shifts. XP But it's really not that bad. It's mostly just re-shelving movies and boring stuff like that.

Day 2 was SO much better than day 1. For starters, I didn't make nearly so many mistakes. My feet and legs are really sore though. I'm not used to standing on them for 7 hours. XP That's okay though. I don't have work today so the plan is to stay in bed all day and let my poor legs and feel rest. =.=

I think all video/clothing stores floors are warped.
they are leg and feet killers.

XD I would agree with that statement. Blockbuster also eats keys. 3 people (at least) have lost their keys to it's never ending apatite, and it's only regurgitated one.
