That uh. That's different. I mean, Draega and the Fall of Absolom, that was pretty fun, but this sounds sad and evil! You got some dark minded bards, here, huh?

sweatdrop You don't know the half of it.
*Daliah performs Velma's part next, and how she finds her husband and sister rehearsing the spread eagle, and Violet finishes off with Mona, and her tale of Al Lipschitz. From there they go into the big finish, ending much as they began.*

Well... This girl wants to be a singer and a dancer, and she winds up shooting a guy she was having an affair with because he lied and said he could help her. She gets arrested, and the rest of the play is all about the trial and how much attention it gets. It kinda draws a parallel between show business and court business, if that makes any sense. sweatdrop

...So the Reeve of the town didn't cast judgment as soon as possible? If she wanted to be a singer and dancer, why didn't she ask for tips from the closest Corinian Veil Dancer-- ....Wait. There's no Corinia here. Do they have veil dancers? Closest teacher, then. Why didn't she just go to learn from someone?

Uh... There are veil dancers, but I don't think they have anything to do with this story. Unless they were part of someone's act. Anyway, the issue wasn't really talent, it was getting noticed. She wanted to be famous.

She...couldn't find a good bard? I guess she had to do something spectacular. I mean, she's not from Kingspointe...so.
*She tilts her head at the sun, and its low position worries her.* Hrm. I can't just go back....Uhm. Anybody know someplace safe I can meditate? sweatdrop

It's pretty safe around here, actually. It's neutral Spring Court territory, so you don't have to worry about freehold politics, and the mortal police keep a pretty close eye on things to keep it family friendly. There's a nice copse of trees over the hill there if you want something more private.

*Again, they exchange odd glances over this remark, though they seem more amused than anything by now.* Uh, we kinda move around a lot. But we're usually somewhere in the Commons, so it shouldn't be hard to find us. 3nodding

....Is that what you guys call leshies here? That's a new one on me. *She shrugs delicately, and stands.* Well, I'm gonna go meditate, so if you guys wanna talk, come find me. I'll be there till mornin, I guess. Then I'm gonna go look for Bree tomorrow, and if I can't find her, I'll come back here. Ok?
*So saying, she brushes off her skirts and starts walking to the previously mentioned copse of trees.*
