Many of us have come from Protestant/Catholic background. Most of as young children learn of all the angels and the saints and the pearly gates, but what is it really? I recently asked a Lakota indian what he thought heaven was. He told me that it was whatever WE needed it to be. This was the most insightful thing I think I've ever been told. So what do you think heaven is or what is it to you??
~Personally I think my heaven would be a beautiful place of my own in somewhere that looked like Ireland where I could be with my horses all day...etc you know things like that~

To me, heaven is the here and now. We create our own heaven everyday, with every choice we make. We can choose to see the beauty in our world and recognize all the good in our life...or we can choose to see the negative. Your world is as you create it to be.
