Nadyrr stood back with a frown, his eyes shifted to focus on Belwen and his frown deepened slightly. He wasn't overly sure over this idea of hers, and he didn't want the tree to get harmed let alone the tongue lashing he was sure he'd get if he allowed it to happen.

Rolling her eyes Belwen looked over to Nadyrr, "stop trying to bore holes through my head!"

Blinking in surprise Nadyrr gave her a strange look, "what do you mean bore holes in your head?" He frowned some as he said that, he hadn't even been close to her let alone attempting to do something hostile to her head; he had a feeling he was missing something and he didn't like it.

Snickering slightly Belwen shook her head, "you were glaring, glaring like you were going to drill a hole right in me with your eyes." Gesturing from his eyes to her pink locks she grinned faintly.

Nadyrr sighed slightly, "your going to make sure no one hurts the tree right?" He shifted uneasily, "I mean people come through here all the time to visit but they don't generally go tying things onto the plants. And this tree is actually a bit hard to maintain after a while I don't want to have to nurse it back to health." He tried to sound stern but failed in his attempt.

Belwen moved up to the bamboo tree as Nadyrr spoke and took a thin slip of paper with a piece of string on the end, standing on her toes she used the string to tie the paper on the tree, "it's not like they are tying rocks to the tree, just little bits of paper. And not just paper but paper with their wishes on them!"

Nadyrr still didn't like that so many would be touching the tree but he sighed in defeat. Pausing after a moment he looked over to the little table that Belwen had set up in the pathway of the garden, "what if you don't want everyone to see your wish?"

Turning slightly from her standpoint on a small step stool Belwen looked over to Nadyrr, "I brought invisible ink!"

Nadyrr gave her a skeptical look, "isn't the point of invisible ink that you can see it if you know how? So your not really hiding anything..." Nadyrr frowned slightly shifting uneasily; he didn't want anyone to see his wish; that is if he was going to even put one up after all he wasn't sure how he felt about the idea.

"Well, you can't put it on the tree unless you write it down..." Belwen grinned and waggled a quill at Nadyrr that she had dipped in the clear liquid with a small sign near it saying 'invisible ink', anyone getting close to it would smell the scent of lemons. There was also an inkpot of normal ink on the little table and a small pile of think pieces of paper with strings attached.

Giving Belwen a sour look Nadyrr took a seat along the path, Belwen grinned faintly and looked around wondering if any of her classmates would happen through soon.
