John crept into the garage, trying to make his entrance as unobtrusive as possible. It sounded great, if only he would let himself admit that. There was always a flaw he needed to fix, a lyric or a chord that sounded... just plain wrong. But it sounded great. The song came to a sudden end as Seth didn't change his rhythm as the song shifted from the chorus.
Before Sissi and/or Olivie could beat Seth up for his mistake, John made his entrance.
"Hi everyone, how is it?"
"It's awesome!!" Olivie insisted.
Seth shrugged.
"There's still the problem with the shift from the chorus to the verse again..." He looked at Seth. "It's awkward, and it's probably easy to mess up because the writing's bad-"
"Oh shut up John, it's great." Olivie talked over him, half-laughing. "It doesn't sound bad at all. What did you think of it from the guitar, Sissi?"
John bit his lip.
