Fresh Cranberry sauce is like an addiction right now.
Still.. I'm thinking of ways to be more creative with it. Like some form of cranberry filled pastry?

ideas for leftover cranberry sauce (aka i just whored google)
- mix in with plain yogurt and granola - paired with soft goat cheese; fontina; or sharp cheddar and served with crackers. - serve with waffles or french toast - Warm leftover cranberry sauce in a pan and spoon over vanilla ice cream - Mix in Oatmeal: Instead of butter, margarine or sugar, add a tablespoon per serving and swirl, the result is low fat and delicious. - PB & C: A peanut butter and cranberry sandwich is a fall twist on a classic lunch. Don't groove on peanut butter? Use cranberry sauce as a sub for jelly on toast or an English muffin.

I would do that except for the lack of turkey. [:
THe pb + cranberry is odd. Not sure how I feel but It worked as a late night after work snack.
Now I need to buy more cranberries to make sauce! rofl

This may be a symptom of me being a complete and utter weirdo, but I enjoy cranberry sauce and hummus on baked potatoes. whee
Or, less weirdly, a hummus and cranberry sauce sandwhich... less weird than the pb&cranberry in my opinion.

I got cranberry apple butter from Trader Joes and I've been using it with PB and it's pretty good. It's not too sweet nor too sour and you can't really taste the apple.
This weekend I'll try making those quinoa crepes and using the cranberry apple butter for a filling. 3nodding

Yeah, it's the first time I've seen it this year and it's so tasty. It's as exciting as when I first found their pumpkin butter whee
