A couple. Take everything related to the mods and make a general forum. Then in it can be the Hall of Sitters, mod discussion thread, etc.
2) For discussing the books & theories. Put it all in a general thing.
3) Pile all the fan stuff-images, banners, etc.-into one.
4) Leave the RP, profile, & whatever else is left as it is.
5) Stuff all the contests into one forum.

For the record, my guild will be divided like this.
1) Announcements/Other important stuff
2) Serious RP threads
3) The Castle(Which is a multi-thread RP, like the White Tower used to be back in the day)
4)Not-so-serious RPs
5)OOC Threads
However, we are a multi-RP guild, so it's a different situation. Since you no longer have the White Tower itself as a multi-thread RP, you obviously like it better this way, but if you wanted to make it like that, you could set a subforum aside for that.
