I have this jug from Cider i bought. It's on gallon in size, and im going to be making it into a shrimp/snail tank. I plan on have sand on the bottom. (or really really fine pebbles/gravel then i'm going to buy some betta bulbs and drop them in (because of the small hole in the top) then i am going to wait for thoose to grow up big and tall, then maybe add some java moss then get some snails and shrimp. And maybe something else! biggrin
EDIT: It's glass. I left that out.

That's awesome! n_n
I love tanks that are made out of found objects, like bathtub ponds.

My goldfish pond used to be a pink bathtub XD Evetually we got a bigger pond though, since we needed more room for the fry.
I'm not too sure about this, but seeing as to how small the bottel neck is, won't oxygen be a problem for the snails?

Don't plants provide a little oxygen? and i'm probably going to fill it up to where the bottle starts getting smaller. 3nodding
