"I've just been touring the palace and practicing my fighting. I could teach you about pressure points, you know." Ty Lee said this, hoping that Katara would forgive her for when she had used pressure points against her back when the war was going on.

I'm sure you'll help him feel better. Chi-blocking is easy once you get used to it. Everyone has pressure points and if you hit them you can paralyze them or do worse. You have to hit the person with a quick jab in that area using your hand or fingers. If the person you're attacking is a bender then this will render their bending useless." Ty Lee explained. ((hey your b-day's coming up!))
