Do you have multiple pages of things in the "items" tab in your inventory? They'd be the very last thing on there if they were the last things you bought.

It's in my inventory, but when I go to equip it, the items tab, it's not there.

It is probably lost in my mountain of stuff.

Just sell some junk and it'll pop up. Perhaps there was a glitch that you can tell the Mods about.

Those are 'spensive items too!
