A Short Story The year is 2060, Terra. Nothing much different than our planet. Computers have advanced to perfection and the Apocalypse hasn't happened yet.
Children go to school, people work.But something was happening bellow the busy streets and bright lighted cities.A new kind of life forms was designed. Their looks were just as those of normal humans now.But they weren't human. They were weapons.
Half machines-half humans, those life forms were used as perfect soldiers. Rumors about war required to make a new type of soldiers.
Masked, they looked like normal humans, maybe a bit faster and stronger.But once fully activated, they would turn into complete killing machines. A pair of mechanical wings that enabled them flight would sprout from their back, they could carry heavy loads and some even had special powers.
Because of their hidden appearance, younger scientists called them 'CyberAngels'.
Those CyberAngels proved to be almost perfect, so more and more were produced.
Each CyberAngel was connected to a 'Mother System'. Without it, they would fall apart, get disoriented or even kill themselves. There were four 'Mother Systems' : Mother Elisa, Mother Lamba, Mother Mariana and Mother Selena.
As the time passed, those Angels became even more perfect. They were more and more human, and less and less machine. Some of them started to think.
Afraid that they would cause an uprising, the government executed an operation called 'Mother Shutdown',m where those Mother Systems were destroyed, causing the CyberAngels to come crashing from the sky like rag dolls.
But few of the CyberAngels were so perfect, they didn't need the Mother System anymore. Of course, when the Mother System shut down, they fell from the sky as well, but did not die, but simply locked most of their powers away.
A group of humans (mostly mechanics) who knew about the CyberAngels, decided to go look for them. They wanted to find those Angels that were almost human and use it as they liked.
But the government was afraid of those perfect angels so they sent people to go find them, and kill them.
So that's where our story starts

 Info About CyberAngels
As you know, they are (were, actually) connected to one of the Mother Systems.
They have two forms. Their 'human' form and 'hidden form. In their hidden form, a pair of wings sprout from their back. They don't have to look mechanical, even if they are. Some of them look real, because of the type of metal used.
All CyberAngels can fly, have increased speed, strenght and such. But some of them have abilities like metal manipulation.
They can only belong to a person if the person gives them a name. They are all given names by the Mother System, and until they are given other names, they can't belong to anyone else.
UPDATE:
The basic powers of a CyberAngel, besides the speed and such are:
Ability to heal some body parts for a short time. If an Angel doesn't have a mechanic, he/she is doomed. (so most of the people looking for Angels are mechanics)
Camouflage- depends on the CyberAngel. Some can camouflage only a little, while some can get nearly invisible.
Metal manipulation-ability to create weapons and shields from metallic surroundings.But this burns up a lot of power and is used rarely. After the Mother Shutdown, all (and I mean all) CyberAngels fell from the sky, some of them remaining immobile and hoping that a mechanic would find them (since the healing ability isn't that strong and healed body parts only stay healed for a short time)
Because of the shutdown, some Angels were reduced to having minds of a newborn baby (kinda like Chii in Chobits) but everything comes back to them as they turn in their hidden forms.

Cities and Worlds While some of the Terra provinces and cities have been ruined by the wars, some of them posses a peaceful tranquility.
Here are just a few of those different cities.
Ari is a quiet city, untouched by war. The perfect place to raise a family. It's a popular tourist attraction because of the clear waters. It has a lot of schools and universities. Miro is a peaceful village with a large ship industry. People live healthy here. Of fish and vegetables. The best fighter ships are made in Miro. The biggest city. The second best mechanics come from here. Also, center of the military. Not a peaceful place to grow up. It's just a busy city.the most technologically advanced city, also CyberAngels were created here The city with the most number of universities and schools.The buildings are impossibly large, and made in a specific order so the city is actually a labyrinth. It uses a special kind of transportation device. Brooms. Yes, brooms. The green town. Home of the largest botanical garden in all of Terra.The people use gondolas for transport.The entertainment district is a popular shopping part of the town. The former capital. It was almost destroyed in a war. Now, it looks pretty lifeless, but trth is: under all those desolate buildings live mechanics. The best mechanist in all of Terra. The city is slowly rebuilding.
