Well.... there are bumping contests, avatar art contest.... design your own zomg monster that can act as zomg Help! 's mascot.... xD
I think the last one would be good. You know how Gaia has us design items, well it could be like that sort of. We could rate it on the same things. (Except for how easy to would be to make into an Gaia item. That could be how easy to redraw or whatever for different things.)

You don't use photo bucket for the last one. Photo bucket is just for hosting images. Its fairly simple.
You use paint, or similar programs or draw or paint it.
