it wasnt really bullying, she was just pointing out to them that it was their duty...i think it was more like convincing...i mean..if you had Nynaeve standing over YOU like that...wouldnt you do whatever she wanted?

No, that wasnt what he ment, he was the last Malkieri KING, and the last that belived in Malkier traditions. If you read carfuly you will see that the only reason that man wore the headband was b/c it was 'intimidating' it had nothing to do with tradition. (if you r3ead New Spring it explains about the triditon of hte Hadori and such)
