i guess your just not a mk fan i mean it is missing some of my favorite things past games had like the krypt and plenty of secrets to unlock but i still think its a good game i hope they put konquest mode in the next mk though that was really fun

the game looks cool and the whole superhero concept looks intriguing too, i just have not gotten around to playing it yet.

well i suggest at least giving it a rent i myself bought it the day it came out because im a huge mortal kombat fan and love fighting games also so it was a hell ya and the fact they put superman and batman characters in there i was like oh ya buyer for sure
