For two, i heard its "soul bound" meaning you cannot trade it or sell it. The only way to aquire it is the egg. Gaia has officaly become a cash whore. Agreed. The 'chance of failure' also proves it. "Omg, teh egg dint win but I wants teh cuet penguin babehs! must bais moar!!!!1111!111one" If it didn't have a chance of failure, people would all be leveling up their eggs to the highest level and making millions. People are already making millions, i have no doubt there was at least a billion gold created yesterday from those eggs in the form of items or gold itself. The chances are slim though, for an individual egg. Imagine if EVERYONE who spent a dollar got FIVE MILLION GOLD. The Gaia economy would be ruined.

You get the tank by buying the new concept car from the car shop, then you buy the tank skin. They are expensive.
