Rhythm & Blues, Beer & Wine
Puttin' on the Rhythm and Blues, drinkin' the Beer and wine, where does it get you? All teary-eyed and cryin'.
Thinkin' of old times of way back then, you get angry and sad, so what do you turn to? Puttin' on the Rhythm and Blues, drinkin' the beer and wine, and ending up all teary-eyed and cryin'.
See the homeless people on the streets, can't you see it? There is no peace. I understand, I too once fell apart you know it breaks my heart.
They rob, steal, cheat and kill just to get their fill. Listen to the walkman, sit on the corner. Can't you hear it? It's playin' Rhythm and Blues. You think of today's society so you drink the beer and wine and end up all teary-eyed and cryin'.

I liked it alot. Your poems all seem to have a common style and I like it. You write very blunt yet you seem to dance around the point - I like it.
