The two oldest boys at the party arrive in Eden nearly simultaneously. This part of the garden is grassy. The hills roll gently, and the air is warm. It is night, and the sky is clear and dotted with stars.
In the center of the field there is a huge tree. Silhouetted beneath it is a dark, human shape.
The breeze pushes them towards it.

It was strange how they both arrived at the same time – well, almost the same time – even though there was a bit of a lag when the first teen entered the pool only to be followed by the next. It was stranger still that they would end up here but no one else was here with them though they all entered the same pool. The red-haired teen decided not to even bother with logic at this point now that the anger was mostly gone for the moment he was able to think more clearly.
He was still upset but not as much as the blind rage he was in that had driven him to the pool and then into it. At the moment Adam didn’t take too close of a look unintended ‘partner’ somewhere nearby as he stood and glanced around to take in his surroundings no sooner had his eyes fallen upon the tree and the silhouette than he had noticed the pushing breeze and it seemed to help finally move his feet forward.

Teagan seemed to tumble out of the air at waist level, considerably smaller than he had been coming in. He seemed to be shifting forms back and forth, eventually settling as an oddly jointed lemur about the size of a large dog. His jaws were drawn out, slightly malformed with the fangs coming further than the muzzle. It was a bit of a ghastly sight, but then the human portion of his soul had become considerably stronger since the last time he had been drawn in here. He huffed feeling himself being pulled toward the apparition. Awkward steps took him toward it, the joints visible under his skin. She was responsible for this. "Eve," he snarled, seeming oblivious to Adam's presence.

The teen had heard the snarl and looked over only to be greeted by the odd sight of a rather malformed Teagan. His eyes widened faintly at the sight and then made a quick check down at himself as he walked in an almost panicked manner. Maybe he got lucky or perhaps that’s why the other teen was so pissed off at this Eve woman…Was that the lady that pointed at him? He had no clue. Yet in a weird way it made sense, it fit.
Quietly he stalked forward toward the figure awaiting them at the tree. It felt weird to go into this so headlong without a strategy, or so the logical part of him said. Yet it was too late to sit down and truly plan anything the figure would see it and they would both be made fools of.
"Hey! HEY YOU'RE THAT BROAD, RIGHT?! What gives, huh? What you go pointin' for?" The teen challenged. It wasn’t as dramatic as lemur-thing’s snarl but it got the meaning across.

She laughs. She's not alarmed at all. "Welcome back, Lemur," she says to Teagan. "Are you going to stay this time?"
She laughs again, this time focusing on the boy who has remained human. Her suspicion was correct, then.
"Oh, hello, Adam," she says. "It's good to see you again."
And then she steps out from the shadow of the tree. She's naked -- and she looks good.

"Hey! You didn't answer my ques-..." He cut off and stared at the naked woman and he became red in the face. "You're pretty hot naked." Adam announced blatantly. The red haired teen was ... Well he was a teenager a hormone driven, blunt, sex-crazed teenager who didn't know better than to not start admiring someone that could mean him ill will.
Adam gave another pause and shook his head trying to clear it, "Wait, wait, wait! How in the hell do you know my name?" His attention was off of the malformed lemur-creature and anything it was about to do.

"Just long enough to kill you," Teagan huffed, turning his head away from her to prevent the instinctual response that was taking over much of his mind. As he did he seemed to phase almost entirely into a lemur, flickering oddly between the two forms. Whatever she was trying to pull it was working, perhaps not as much as she wanted it to, but certainly some. "She knows everything Adam," he growled, "She's the b***h that started all of this."

There was a pause in reaction to Teagan’s explanation. He furrowed his brow and then he opened and closed his mouth a few times as if trying to formulate a response. Adam had no clue what ‘all of this’ was or so he thought. Yet there was a feeling an inkling of familiarity to all of this though he was working hard to devour that idea so that it went away instead of waking and rearing its ugly head. The idea that he knew any of this was frightening. The idea that he knew the naked woman before him was doubly frightening.
“What do you mean ‘all of this’ what is all of this? I was just checking ya’ll out. I didn’t want to be put in some sort of …” Adam groped for the word and found nothing. It was too late now to protest and try to find a way out.

Eve motioned to the garden around them, to the rolling green hills and the starry sky. "This," she declared. "This paradise, this Eden. This is where the origins of everything rest. This is the essence of the world."
She batted her eyes entreatingly at both boys.
"Why don't you stay here? You belong here, you know. Lemur, we've fought in the past, but I can be..."
She vamped a bit.
"Very forgiving."

Adam glanced about as she gestured. Sure it looked nice but something about it and something about her laying claim to it didn’t seem to sit right with him. Something half remembered and yet not remembered at all and locked deeply away. Still he gazed back at the enticing woman and shook his head, "Can't do, lady. I gotta go take care of my mom. Sure, she gets on my nerves sometimes but I can't stay here. She needs me." This proved that the red headed teen had something that resembled loyalty and integrity.
Also, he was a bit of a mama’s boy, but he preferred not to think of it that way.
"Thanks for the invite, though."

Teagan cracked a wry smile, morphing entirely into an over sized lemur. He lumbered a little closer to her, transitioning awkwardly from four feet to two and back again. He was front heavy now, ears tucked back against his head. A rosary appeared around his neck, almost melded with his skin. It seemed to clear his head a little, and he stopped. "I can't," he rasped, glancing back over his shoulder to Adam, "We don't go anywhere until she decides we do." His fur bristled and he sat back on his haunches, digging a claw in the dirt, "What do you want Eve?"

Eve crouched before the lemur and tweaked his chin with a manicured finger. "Your loyalty," she cooed. "Why are you still mooning after Daisy and Cherry when you could have me?"
She looked over at Adam. "She's not your mother," she declared. "You haven't got a mother. You were born first from the dust of the earth and again from the branches of a tree. There is a male and female of every animal. You and I were made for each other."

He had said nothing to the Lemur’s explanation. What could he say? Apparently the naked woman held all the cards, oddly enough. Adam crossed his arms over his chest and watched the exchange quietly until she looked at him and spoke directly to him. The first bit of news wasn’t exactly earth shattering. He had been born from a leaf; his mother had always told him so, having been a truthful woman. Adam had been toted as somewhat of a miracle child to have come about after an unfortunate incident in the woman’s life.
Still the next part did make him pause a little. He had heard things of similar stories of creation and to think that he was one of the true parts of it seemed – no, is – impossible. He was just a teenage boy that enjoyed teenage boy things like: skateboarding, comic books, and flirting with teenage girls for dates.
Though it felt true somewhere deep inside, something was stirring fitfully, but he could not help but deny. Something about her made him want to be stubborn and obstinate.
“I know my ma ain’t m’real ma. That ain’t a big surprise. I am having trouble believin’ the rest of what you are saying, though. You’re just tryin’ to keep us here cause you’re lonely and probably cold considerin’ you’re naked and all.”
Denial, not just for housewives anymore.

"Because you lack that little important thing," he growled, "You don't give a damn what happens to any of us." He flickered back to the midway creature, tugging at the rosary as if it burned him for a moment. "Our bodies are empty up there, aren't they?" he snarled, his voice sounding suddenly cold, "Leave us long enough and they'll be dead, we'll be forced to stay here." He glanced at Adam, "Don't listen to a word she says, she's poison." Alluring poison, tempting, but poison none the less. "She knows what each of us wants most and she'll use it."
