Adam James Kiles When you can live forever... ...what do you live for? Adam James Kiles is feeling [Relieved] Relief flooded Adam when Kiyarah came to. It felt as if a dim light inside his body had erupted into a full blown bonfire. She looked up at him with her magnificently blue eyes and asked him if he meant what he said. But before he could speak she said she felt the same way. Adam smiled and let his eyes bore into hers. ”I have never cared as deeply for anyone as I do for you.” he said and pressed his lips to her forehead. She wrapped her arms around him and he didn’t move. The feeling of her touch on his skin was indescribable and he was afraid if he moved she would somehow disappear. She leaned away to sneeze but tumbled off his lap and onto the floor. She giggled as she laid there so he assumed she wasn’t hurt. She spoke of how earlier she and Tyler spoke and how she wondered how long she had been asleep. She rose from the floor and made for the exit. Adam was quickly at her heels and he scooped her into his arms.”You are a bit too clumsy today, I think I will be in charge of walking for the rest of the day. What do you say?” he said as he carried her down the stairs. It didn’t matter what she said because he was going to hold on to her for as long as he could. He set her into a chair at the kitchen table and walked over to the fridge. ”I will be your chel for the night ma’am,” he said jokingly. He began to cook many different types of food at an incredible pace. He smiled as he set them in front of her ”Please, eat.” he sat in the chair across from her and waited for her to take her first bite.[ooc]Sorry it's short been having a bit of writers block lately.[/ooc]

farah..elen..redding "I am not a pretty girl, that is not what I do... ...today Farah is {not interested in letting go}.
...I ain't no damsel in distress, and I don't need to be rescued." Farah took Tyler's hand when he offered it, but didn't let it go once she'd risen. She allowed him to lead her to the dishes of food not paying attention to what she was putting onto her plate, she absently took things that should could dish with one hand. She was starving. It had been days since she'd eaten anything with any level of regularity. It felt like longer since anything had managed to stick and actually satisfy her. It felt like now something had become easier. It felt like it did when everything started. So familiar but foreign all at once. When Farah paid any attention to her plate, she was pleasently surprised by how good everything looked and smelled. Her stomach growled loudly and she blushed.
"I'd love to go running." Farah said cheerfully. I'd love to go anywhere with you. She shook her head, mystified by the sudden need to be around Tyler. By the sudden change in how she was seeing him. He smelled, and sounded, and felt so different that she could barely wrap her mind around him anymore. She took her plate back to the common room sitting curled in the corner of the sofa again, forcing herself to let go of his hand. She wasn't prepared for the idea that it might be difficult to do so. Farah glared into her plate intently, taking small quick bites of her food.
Just go back. He's your best friend. It isn't like that.
"Hey, listen though... the... I have... the thing is... since..."
The words became lodged. Things weren't like this for her and Tyler. They were best buds, A and B. Things weren't awkward and strange and she didn't choke on ball invitations to Tyler. Farah cleared her throat and said what felt natural, which had always been a winning strategy when it came to her best friend.
"Ty... you're my favorite person."
She kissed his cheek, and sighed cheerfully at her empty plate, sure she was blushing and completely bewildered as to why. Today had been the single longest, most unusual day of her entire life.

ღ kiyarah ○ αитσιиєттє ○ briarwood ღ ♪ ♫just hold me close to your body Kiyarah Antoinette Briarwood is feeling just a little : { curious } A light scream came out of Kiyarah's mouth as she felt herself being lifted off the ground. She quickly wrapped her arms around Adam's neck, just so that she wouldn't fall backwards. Looking over at Adam, Kiyarah glared playfully at him. "Next time you do that, make sure to warn me," she snapped with a giggle in the end. As soon as she felt comfortable being carried by Adam, she unwrapped her arms from around his neck and just relaxed. She knew that he would never drop her, at least she hoped he wouldn't. "What are you talking about a bit too clumsy? I'm always clumsy if you haven't noticed from the past four years we've known each other," she added, another set of giggles escaping her lips. Once the kitchen, Kiyarah allowed Adam to set her down into a chair even though a couple steps towards the stool wouldn't kill her. She turned in her stool to watch Adam as he ran right through the cooking and made so many dishes that she was almost dizzy. Just looking at all the food in her front of her made her stomach growl louder. She was sure as ever that Adam could probably hear her stomach. With a smirk, Kiyarah stared at all the finished food and waited for when he was finally done. "Everything looks so delicious," she muttered, her eyes staring at each dish with a longing to dig in. As soon as he placed the last plate in front of her, Kiyarah looked over at Adam and smiled brightly. "Thank you, Adam," she whispered then picked up the fork in front of her.
The first bite was delicious. She hadn't had a home cooked meal in ages because her father was so busy with work involving the school and she definitely could not trust herself with the stove. So the taste of something freshly cooked in front of her made her feel all warm inside. And the fact that Adam had cooked it made it all the more delicious. With a satisfied smile, Kiyarah swallowed her first bite and looked up at Adam. "This is really delicious. I didn't realize you are such an amazing cook," she said to him, a grateful expression on her face as she took a more larger bite. Before she could even realize it, three quarters of her meal was already consumed. Staring at her empty plates now, Kiyarah covered her mouth to chew and swallow the food she had in her mouth right now then looked back up at Adam. "Thank you, Adam. You're the best," she said. Realizing that she was thirsty, Kiyarah jumped out of her stool and headed towards the fridge. However, before she could reach the handle, Adam's statement about her being clumsy came back to her. There was no rug, no loose tile. So it was more embarrassing when Kiyarah tripped on her own feet. At least she didn't stumble onto the floor. Lucky for Kiyarah, she caught herself before he could fall flat on her face. Giggling embarrassingly, Kiyarah looked over at Adam with a sheepish smile. "Maybe you're right. Maybe I am clumsier today than I usually am any other day." She let out a soft scoff. "Makes me wonder how clumsy I'll be in those three inch heels my dad bought me for the ball," she muttered as she turned towards the fridge.
Once she grabbed a bottle of water, Kiyarah turned and walked over to Adam, standing at his side. She took a long sip of her water, enjoying the cold feeling going down her throat. It was almost like drinking blood. Suddenly, she felt a little thirsty for blood. With a sigh, Kiyarah opened a drawer of the kitchen counter and took out a packet of blood tablets and took out the usual two. She swallowed them, quickly taking a gulp of the water to make the tablets go down much more easily. She still shivered at the horrible taste. After a deep breath, Kiyarah placed her water bottle down and took up the empty plates. "Since you did the cooking, I'll wash the dishes. It's the least I can do," she explained as she collected the dishes carefully and placed them in the sink. With the sponge all soaped up, Kiyarah ran the warm water and started to clean all the dishes. It felt nice. Even though it was such a small, minor thing, Kiyarah loved washing dishes. She enjoyed it ever since she was a little girl. As she rinsed all the dishes, Kiyarah had a small memory of when she was three and her nanny had taught her to wash dishes while her father was away. She remembered having to take a shower because she was full of soap suds and her dress had been all soaked even through the apron. A giggle came out of her lips at the memory. All the dishes were put out to dry in minutes time. Kiyarah wiped her hands dry then walked over to Adam. She jumped onto the countertop, wrapping her arms around his neck.
"Just curious. Do you rather prefer to be called Adam all the time? Or do you have a tiny nickname that your father or your sister use? Like with me, I have: Kiyah, Kiki, and Yaya. There are probably others but you probably get what I mean," she said, resting her head on his shoulder. After all that has happened between them, Kiyarah felt the need to get to know Adam a little more. From the way she looked at it, she hardly knew him. Sure she knew that he was a pianist, and that he was one of the few pureblood vampires in the entire world, but that was pretty much it. She didn't know anything else about him. But now, she wanted that to change. It was time for her and him to start something new for the both of them. At least, she hoped that this whole thing wouldn't freak Adam out. ll ooc:: Hm, for some reason I'm suffering with writer's block as well. The moment those words left Felix's extrodinary lips -during his talk, Star found herself staring at them more than once-, the vampire felt her tense shoulders relax. It was a relief to know that she wasn't the only one of her kind to think that this ancient fight was pointless. "Haha. Imagine a product labled "Werewolf Deodorant: Stop smelling like a dog" on the market," Star giggled at Felix's comment about removing the odors. But it definately made sense, and she nodded, agreeably. What Felix had in mind was a good idea; perhaps he should suggest it to the chairman. If Chairman Briarwood could create a 'deodorant', the Oak Point werewolves were probably willing to test it. If it worked, it could definately help solve the little war the vampires and wolves were having. "Is this what was bothering you?" Brought awake by Felix's sudden question, Star almost looked embarressed, had she not been so proud. Her boyfriend guessed all of her worries correctly, and Star woundered for a moment if he had the ability to read minds. Then he told her not to worry. Star bit back the immediate reflex to snap back. This stupid 'war' affect my entire race! How can I not worry? But she knew her companion was only worried about her, and forced herself to think through all this calmly. He was right in a sense; she was taking a simple little chick fight way too seriously. Suddenly swept off her feet into his warm arms, Star grinned at his questions about politics. "Oh trust me. Politics would be the last thing in my mind if we weren't in Oak Point, the school where Vamp/Wolf politics basically governs our lives," she grinned. Star leaned her head back to rest on his shoulder, and although vampires didn't sleep, she closed her eyes and imitated the position of a sleeping human. "You're right, I should forget about this. I'm taking it too seriously. But it's hard to relax when I know that if a vampire and a werewolf other than Kiyarah and Farah had started this squabble outside of Oak Point... well, you know how it would probably end." {mood= creative ツ} ♥ Lyrine ☮ {/mood} Lyrine started when she heard Keith’s voice. She gazed up into his eyes with slight shock. Pretty eyes. Her look travelled upward to his tousled hair. Blinking, Lyrine’s eyes now fixed on… food! Her stomach growled as a reminder that she was hungry. He actually seemed to offering it to her wordlessly. He was genius at hints, as far as subtlety went. Lyrine appreciated it. "Hey, Keith! Uh… I was just walking. I guess I got a little tired and sorta, heh, dozed off. Are you going to eat all those calories? Can I have a cookie? Splurging is good for the soul every now and then. Thanks!" Lyrine chattered warmly, pulling a chocolate chip cookie from the napkin he held. With her first bite, it was purely bliss. Mmmm, chocolate. She thought, feeling high and drunk at the same time. Nibbling on the cookie to make it last, Lyrine glanced at the board in his hand. The designs were nearly hypnotic. "Woah! No way! You longboard?" She asked incredibly. She should’ve known. After all, skinny jeans, Converse, skater rep... It all fit. "One of my ex’s tried to teach me two years ago. I’m epic fail at anything involving balance." She admitted with a pout.
Lyrine bounced up, feeling a lot better than ten minutes ago when before she had fallen asleep. Hadn’t she actually heard it somewhere that short power naps were better than sleeping for twelve hours straight. Well, even if she hadn’t, Lyrine felt energized now. "Do you want to go to the dining hall?" She asked him, taking a couple of strides forward and then turning to look at him. The sun had gone a lot lower in the sky then when she had last checked. The sky was turning a gorgeous color. A deep, royal lavender that got progressively redder toward the horizon. The sun was a burning ball of crimson. Crimson. About that… "Keith? I have a question. I’m sure you know a lot about, like, medical science and stuff. Is there a disease, or a disorder or something that could make a humans eyes turn red and their skin pale?" She asked on impulse, immediately blushing afterwards. "Wait, I mean… like. Ok. You know how when people get rabies, they’re eyes get all bloodshot so they look red. And, I don’t know, maybe they’re skin turns really pale? I think I saw that in Quarantine. Wow. That was a crazy movie. Anyway- but what if its not the whole eye, just the pupil?" She wanted to know.
She sighed, glancing back up at the sun that burned in her retinas. "I sound insane. Like, I’m talking about vampires or something. Its not just some stupid blonde question, though! I’ve been having these creepy as hell dreams- nono! nightmares- about my mom, and I heard that all dreams have a basis somewhere in real life, right? So do you think a medical condition like that one is possible?" She inquired earnestly, turning to skip back to Keith’s side. He was holding both his longboard and the food in his hands. Lyrine shivered as a breeze blew in. She hadn’t felt cold before… when the sun was up? Duh. Taking the napkin of food from Keith’s hand, Lyrine held them while twining her hand with his. He was warm. She leaned against his arm, looking up at him with one eyebrow raised. She really did want to know now that she had blurted the question. Lyrine realized it had been nagging at the sides of her mind all along, even during her exploration of Oak Point. Though she had no honest intention of springing the question at him, Lyrine did and now she wanted her answer. Some subconscious part of her mind was whirling with possibilities. She was never into science all that much, but she still wondered if some new, more fatal disease could cause these symptoms. Maybe I’m a prophet. Maybe I have psychic powers. She thought to herself, and then stifled the giggle that followed. What a ridiculous idea. You'll never get u s e d to it. You'll just have to live with it.

☾ tyler ○ sєвαsтιαη ○ carrillo ☽ &&never let your life stand stillTyler Sebastian Carrillo equals { uncomfortable } It wasn't a shock to Tyler when Farah took his hand, she always did. However, what shocked him was this intense feeling of intimacy he felt through her touch. Like he wanted to just pull her into his arms and never ever let go. To make things feel less awkward than it probably already felt, Tyler shook this feeling to the back of his mind and brought Farah over to the dinner table so that she could get some food. Only all those above would know how much Farah needed to eat. Watching the girl fill her plate with food brought a comfort to Tyler. He had been so worried around his best friend for a while now because she didn't seem to be eating as much as she should. He had almost gone as far as contacting her father and reporting this to him. He would do anything to make sure Farah was all right, even when she disapproved of it. After all, who said Tyler had to follow everything his best friend said? This is a free country. "It's good to see that you're eating better now. You should have made peace with Kiles a long a** time ago. At least then I wouldn't have to worry my a** off because you weren't eating so well," he said, using his free hand with the best of his ability to get food onto his plate. Though there was a food free for him to grab, Tyler didn't want to let go of Farah's warm hand. And from what he could see, she didn't want to let go either. This made Tyler's heart skip a quick beat. Man there is something wrong with me. he pondered to himself, grabbing one more bread stick before picking up his plate. He walked over to the couch again, reluctant to let go of Farah's hand. However, she was the first to let go so he had no choice but to oblige it. His hand felt weird without hers in his, it was almost upsetting.
The food, however, made the absense of Farah's hand a little less hard to deal with. After his first bite, Tyler could not believe how hungry he actually was. The only thing he had had since this morning was probably that bagel. Damn. Practice sure can take a hell a lot out of me. he thought with a satified sigh as he took a more larger bite. Farah began to speak as soon as he took his last few bites. All Tyler's attention was brought to her even when his mouth was full of delicious food. What his best friend said wasn't really making any sense. In fact, it was as if she was stuttering through words. This was odd and it caused Tyler's eyebrows to raise up in confusion. However, as she cleared her throat to start again, Tyler turned his attention away from his plate and finished the last bite. The next words that came out of Farah's mouth stunned Tyler. And what she had done next made him all the more shocked. Eyes wide and cheeks flushed, Tyler turned to look at Farah. Only to find out that she had her eyes on the empty plate. And she was blushing too? All that Tyler could think about while staring at his best friend was that today was by far the weirdest, most tiring day ever. And he was glad that it was almost over.
After clearing his throat, Tyler placed his plate down on the coffee tabel in front of him and stood up. He stretched, flexing his muscles over his head. "Okay. So, now that we've filled ourselves with food, let's go for that run," he said, taking Farah's hand and pulling her onto her feet. He then paused, entwining his fingers through hers. "On second thought, I think we should walk first. Remember that one time when we first started getting use to phasing and we ran after having that really big dinner? Yeah, I'm never going to deal with that kind of agonizing pain ever again. Come on," he added then pulled Farah out of the common room. Tyler felt eyes on his back, but he tried his hardest to ignore the stares he was getting. This wasn't new. Everyone in the pack knew that what he and Farah did together was just friendly stuff. At least he thought it was just friendly. He never really got a taste of what the others thought when they saw him and Farah together. He was so use to thinking that what they did was more on the sister-brother kind of level that he never really thought about what it must look like, seeing the soon-to-be-Alpha and the soon-to-be-Beta holding hands and walking out together without anyone else coming. But now that these thoughts were fresh in his mind, Tyler was feeling just a little uncomfortable. Which led him to pulling his hand away. Now that they were far away from the common room, which was surprising in a way, Tyler felt a bit more on ease because there were no eyes on him. For once, he really liked not being stared at.
Turning to look at his best friend, Tyler brought his hands to the back of his head and looked her up and down. "So...um...you're still going to the ball right? I mean, even though you and Hugo are in a cold shoulder kind of deal. And I heard from Kiyarah that he went off. Supposedly he just couldn't stand being here anymore. I guess he and Pearll had a whole lot in common." Tyler stopped himself before he could ramble onto something more stupid. He didn't even know why he was rambling. Maybe to lag the time he was spending with Farah? Maybe it was in the hopes of possibly going on to the topic of him and her going to the ball? Or maybe it was because he was trying to find the courage to ask his own best friend to the ball? Okay so the third maybe was a big possibility. This was beginning to turn out really awkward for Tyler now. After all, they had been friends for all of their life. And they had been each other's date before...in a sense. So what was so different? That was what Tyler was trying to figure out as he looked down at his best friend, who looked more desirable than ever. Blinking continuously, Tyler turned his gaze away from Farah and headed towards the gate. "Come on, I think we're digested enough to go out for a run in the woods. Let's spend this time running for fun instead of as a job," he said in a sort of mutter as he walked over to the large iron gates.
The feeling of being out of the campus was a wonderful feeling. And now that it was added with some leisure running, it felt more like being back at home when he and the rest of the pack would run through the forest just for fun. As soon as he was far enough from the school so that no students would see him, Tyler began to strip out of his sweats and tied them around the branch of one of the trees. He never really liked carrying extra things when he was in his wolf form. After taking in the area, so that he would remember where his sweats were, Tyler took a deep breath and phased into his wolf form. Everything felt so much more wonderful in his wolf form. His senses were intensified, which were now both a good thing and a bad thing. It was a good thing because it was more easier to remember where his clothes were. But it was a bad thing because the scent of Farah made her even more irresistable. Tyler let out a growl then started to walk deeper into the forest. Farah would catch up in no time. ll ooc:: I'll post for Keith tomorrow. llalways keep it in motion&&

»»000000000000★keith . zachary . reynolds★ _________________________It's always about mind over matter.Keith Zachary Reynolds 's current mood : { confused } Keith didn't even mutter an answer to Lyrine's question. He just let her take the chocolate chip cookie. It was good that she was willing to take the "calories" because really, Keith never really understood why girls were so worried about them. Calories were healthy and very well needed for everyday use. Besides, Lyrine looked like she didn't even need to worry about calories. Her body was beautiful. Keith started to blush, realizing that he had been staring at Lyrine and every part of her. Her sudden outburst about his board however, caused Keith to return back to earth with an amused smirk on his lips. He then let out a short laugh, running a hand through his hair once again. "Yes. I do longboard. I began a while back and--" He stopped as Lyrine began to speak again, mentioning an ex-boyfriend. Keith let out a sigh. Of course Lyrine would have an ex-boyfriend. So then why was he upset about this? Quick to hide this question in his mind, Keith brought a smile back onto his lips and looked at Lyrine. "I'm pretty sure I can think of someone in this school that has an even more harder time dealing with balance then you. Believe me," he muttered, bringing the napkin away from Lyrine as she nibbled on the cookie as if she was trying to make it last longer. He had to admit, it was pretty funny seeing her do such a thing.
Lyrine's bouncing scared Keith a bit. It wasn't in a bad way, it was just something he was not use to. His eyebrow raised as she asked if he wanted to go to the dining hall. "Um, Lyrine. The dining hall is closed till Sunday. Remember?" he said, dropping his longboard onto the ground and placing his feet onto the wooden board. He fiddled his fingers that were supporting the napkin, feeling each of them getting a tad numb after every second. When Lyrine began to speak again, Keith turned his full attention to the beautiful girl in front of him. She was mentioning something about medical science, which he was kind of weak at. But he did have some leisure time to read about some diseases such as the rabies she mentioned. He scoffed when she mentioned a movie that he remembered watching, but never having finished. It was such a boring movie and rather stupid, especially the first few minutes. "Quarantine was a pretty bad movie in my opinion. Plus, the effects gave me a horrible headache. Anyway. I don't think there is such a disease, or disorder. But there are plenty of diseases that cause pale skin because the victims suffer from fatigue. And you say it's just the pupil that's red? Lyrine, I don't remember such a disease in existence," he explained as his eyes stared up at the darkening sky while he tried to think of about all the symptoms for each of the diseases that he had read about before now.
A short spasm of annoyance ran through Keith's blood as Lyrine mentioned "stupid blond question" when she spoke again. He hated such a ridiculous stereotype and he always wondered what idiot thought up such an immature label. But he didn't want to be angered right now, so he shook his thoughts away and listened to the next thing Lyrine said. About her nightmares. Now dreams are a subject that Keith knew so much about thanks to the psychology class he had taken during his sophomore year when he had an extra class that needed to be filled; freshmen and sophomores aren't allowed to have a free period. He thought about what Lyrine had said, all the while running his free hand through his hair yet again. By now his hair must look like a total mess from the many times he had messed with it since he walked out of his dorm to go skating. Suddenly, his mind had stopped working completely as he felt a human pressure close to him. He turned in time to see Lyrine take the napkin of food from his hand and then replace it with her own hand. He blushed a bit, remembering now that earlier that morning he had taken her hand so confidently. What is this woman doing to me? he asked himself then sighed. Now that the damage was done, Keith had to live with it. And so he held onto Lyrine's hand firmly. However, he never really looked down at her. If he had, he wouldn't be able to think as clearly as he did right now. And right now it seems like Keith needed to think more than ever. He never failed to answer questions. Never. So now would not be any different. As Lyrine rested against his arm, Keith looked down at her for a moment and then looked back up towards the sky.
"You're kind of right. Dreams do have a basis somewhere in real life. According to Sigmund Freud, a German psychologist, the human has a conscious and an unconscious mind. The conscious is the mind of right now, while we're awake. The unconscious can be opened through many methods. And dreams are sort of like a doorway to the unconscious mind. At least one of them. So, if you've been having this nightmare for a while, about your mother, maybe your unconscious mind is telling you something of great significance." Keith paused, replaying in his mind what Lyrine had said before he began to speak. He then sat up straight and looked down at her. "This is just a guess but, in your dreams, you probably see your mother with red eyes and pale skin. Am I correct?" he asked. Lyrine wouldn't have asked about the red eyes and pale skin and then mention her nightmares about her mother if they didn't have some connection to each other. Suddenly, while picturing Lyrine's mother in his mind, Keith remembered something that had happened two years ago. Sitting up even straighter, Keith turned and looked down at Lyrine. There was a possibility that what he had just remembered had something to do with Lyrine's questions.
Once every bit of information was fresh in Keith's mind, he began. "A couple years ago, during the second semester of school, there was this girl from the Day Class. She was really pretty and very popular. She was able to grab the attention of one of the students of the Night Class during the rare get-togethers that the Chairman organizes. Anyway, they started dating for a bit. They were called the cutest Night Class-Day Class couple around the school. Anyway, a month after they had gotten together, she was suddenly transferred to the Night Class. Now as you may know, hardly anyone ever transfers to the Night Class, unless you've suddenly become smart overnight. Some say that the boyfriend had begged the Chairman to let her transfer even though the classes are said to be highly advanced. Either way, she was transferred." He paused, thinking back to the events. He remembered always having to listen to others talk about the girl. It was also during that time that people were starting to acknowledge that he should be transferred to the Night Class because he was smart. Shaking his head again to focus, Keith looked back at Lyrine and continued. "The week after the decision that she would be transferred was true, she came back to the Sun Dorms to get her things. But she came during the middle of the night. Her old roommate was asleep till she walked in to get her things. There was a loud scream that night and everyone was wondering what had happened. The next day, the whole dining hall was buzzing with gossip about what caused the scream. I heard from my biology two lab partner that that night, when the girl came to get her things, her roommate saw such a frightening difference in her."
Suddenly, there was a sort of light shedded on a darkness that Keith had been lingering under. "Lyrine, what you said earlier, about vampires. I remember reading somewhere, I don't exactly remember where, that vampires are usually seen with pale as paper skin and usually at the early stages after their 'change' the pupils of their eyes are red. I'm not exactly saying that I'm believing what I have read, but it's a strange coincidence that what you have told me and what I have read are in some form alike. And what's even more strange, is that on that night, when the girl went to get her things, the roommmate noticed that the girl's skin was a lot paler and her eyes were a bright red." Keith let out a sigh. He could not believe what he was thinking. Vampires? They didn't exist. And even if they did, how in the world was that girl from two years ago able to change into one. Unless...Keith's eyes traveled to the direction of the Twilight Dorms. During the few times Keith had seen any member of the Night Class, he had noticed a similiarity between all of them. One was the shocking pale skin, as if they had never in their entire life gone outside. Another was their eyes. Even though he hadn't seen them close up, Keith noticed that most of the students of the Night Class carried a hungry look in their eyes. It was odd. And now that he was thinking about it--Keith shook his head. This was absolutely ridiculous. "What am I thinking? There is no such thing as vampires. There is no scientific evidence that proves such creatures exist. Lyrine," he turned to look at her, "I don't think there is a disease that would cause the symptoms that you have spoken of. The closest one, as you have said, is rabies. But that's pretty much it. And the thought of vampires is just ludicrous. Listen, you nightmares, I'm sure they must hold some meaning. But I'm sure they will go away soon. Because there is no real explanation behind them. No realistic reason. I'm sorry I can't be of any real help." He let out a sigh, letting go of Lyrine's hand. He stood up, stretching his arms over the top of his head and then kicked his longboard up and caught it in his hand. "Come on. It's starting to get dark. And dinner is being served in the common room now. You must be hungry," he said, taking the napkin of food from Lyrine's hand and then helping her up. "After you. I'll follow." Then he waited. ll ooc:: I have to admit. I really did enjoy typing this. LOL ll"success doesn't come in wrapping paper and a bow. "

farah..elen..redding "I am not a pretty girl, that is not what I do... ...today Farah is {not interested in letting go}.
...I ain't no damsel in distress, and I don't need to be rescued." For the first time in ages, Farah let loose. She carelessly tossed her clothes behind a tree near where Tyler's were tied. She knew she'd regret it later, but she was willing to give in to curiosity. She couldn't wait to hear him, to see if all the shyness they'd been throwing at each other was due to the way she was suddenly seeing him. It was as if Farah was witnessing evolution first hand. Her mind couldn't hold the capacity of what her heart was experiencing. He was it now. And it wasn't butterflies or weak knees or anything she had ever expected at all of what she could only assume this was... It was completion.
And as she allowed her body to conform to animal form, she felt it from him too. He was on her mind and she was on his. It looked and felt exactly the same. They were anxious because they couldn't see each other, but happy to feel one another near by. His scent was perfect. A signature of everything that made him perfect, a musky, but clean and woodsy but comfortable. She ran after him, weaving delicately through the trees. She was stricken, absolutely, at how much easier it was to feel this way when she wasn't human. When no one else was looking or listening. When it was only him.
"Ty, will you be my date tonight?" Farah asked him as she finally caught up with his rapid foot fall. Her thought was mostly composed, but there was a little something to it that made her realize that she was afraid of his silence thus far. She wanted to hear it back. She wanted him to say it. She sank into a crouch and pounced on him. "And maybe if you never wanted to leave my sight again, that would be alright too.
And it was then that Farah realized that she had given away every ounce of ground she had, because if he said no then she wasn't sure she'd need it anyway.

[ BenjaminFelixLeónardo ] ‡† You want me? Come get me. †‡
~ Feeling Anticipation. Felix inhaled Star’s sigh, feeling his head get lighter immediately. As if he had just inhaled nitrous oxide as a human. He opened his mouth and spoke, almost expecting his voice to come out in a high pitch. "The Alpha Farah, I’ve heard, has one hell of a temper. Even if Kiyah didn’t want to start anything, the other one would probably want to. You’re right; it would end in a fight, most likely. Hmm, actually, I wonder who would win. We should put bets on it." Felix laughed, not sure if he was joking or not. It would actually be interesting to see who could gain the upper hand in a situation like that. The Alpha probably had more experience, but the hybrid worked with strategy…"Anyway, enough of that. I’m sure they’re both doing fine now. Well, as fine as they possibly can in a school like this. You’re feeling better, too?" He asked, cradling her close to his chest. He was glad she was finally relaxed now.
Felix didn’t want to talk about anything. Not brothers, or politics, or even chic fights. He just wanted to be with her. In which case, what was going on currently was plenty good. But then he sighed. "Star? Do you wanna go do something fun? I mean, hard in Oak Point, but we could try. I don’t know, practical jokes are fail at a place like this; I don’t think I’ve had a good laugh in forever. We could sabotage the Ball, but that wouldn’t be cool since I actually want to go and show off my catch. Which would be you." He kissed her forehead lightly, feeling a smile tug at the corners on is lips. "You wanna mess with the humans? Some of them are stupid as Hell, no joke." He added, remembering some of his past experiences. Felix wasn’t sure what he had in mind, but all he knew at that moment was that he wanted to laugh with her, share the same joke. || OOC: It was supposed to be better, but I got called away so it sucks. Sorry, Star.

☾ tyler ○ sєвαsтιαη ○ carrillo ☽ &&never let your life stand stillTyler Sebastian Carrillo equals { happy } The silence before Farah phased was very relaxing. Tyler used this time to get his thoughts together, or at least as much of it as he could. To understand what he was actually feeling for his best friend. It just came as a total surprise to him, this feeling. One moment he saw Farah as some kind of sister, and then all of a sudden with one look he saw her in such a different way. Every minute away from her now was so aggravating. It was almost as if he had imprinted on his best friend--Tyler paused mid-stride. His bright eyes were wide. Imprinting was out of the question. For one thing, it was impossible for Tyler to have imprinted on Farah. According to the elders, imprinting comes at first sight. Almost like love at first sight. Tyler hook his head, continuing deeper into the forest. The soft breeze brought a soothing blanket of relaxation through Tyler even when he felt nothing but aggravation for the sudden lonliness he felt without Farah at his side. Before tonight, Tyler would not have minded being by himself in the forest. However, due to the events that have occured since this morning, all he wanted was some one at his side. Some one special. Some one that he felt comfort around every time she was around him. And this special some one was coming his way now.
Tyler smirked to the sky, happiness swelling thorugh his body. He and Farah knew every thing now. They both knew the reason behind all the shyness that was shoved to each other since back in the common room. And Tyler was nothing but rejoicing. She felt the same way that he did. He could see where she was going, how she moved. He could feel and hear her thoughts. And it was nothing but music to his ears. But what was more wonderful was when Tyler felt her presence near by. She was coming closer and closer to where he was. But he continued to walk. Just because he was eager for her to come, he still was going to make her work. That's how it was. It was going to stay that way. They were still friends no matter how they felt. A smile appeared on Tyler's maw when Farah asked if he would be her date for the night. He could sense that she was nervous. He could tell how nervous she was by his silence. He didn't mean to remain silent. This moment felt so special to him that he wanted to take the whole situation in from head to foot before giving his answer.
And then, all of a sudden, Tyler felt a hard force on his body bring him down to the ground. He tumbled onto his side, letting out a pained groan. The pain he felt physically could not beat the happiness he just through his entire body. Farah was just making him all the more happier, no matter how violent she could get. Getting up onto all fours, Tyler walked over to Farah and licked the side of her face. "Hell yeah, I'll be your date tonight. I'll even be your date for the ball if you want me to," he thought to her, a smirk on his maw again. He then turned towards the direction of the school and motioned that they should go back. "Fair, did you ever expect this to happen to us? Not that I'm complaining. It's amazing what we feel for each other. I'm really glad it's none of this sappy movie stuff. And I'm really glad that I get to to feel this way with you. Ya know?" he added as he made his way back to the school, but slowly. He wanted to spend as much alone time with Farah as he could get. Because back at school, the pack would be on their cases, and all other school businesses would get in the way of their relationship. Suddenly, a previous thought came back to him. This thought caused him to stop completely and turn back to Farah. "Do you believe some one that is like one of us can imprint even when they knew the other person for a long time? Or maybe, they had imprinted a long time ago but they didn't want to admit to others as well as themselves?" he asked her, a look of curiosity in his eyes. They stared only at her, taking in her beauty. Man, she's beautiful. he thought, forgetting completely that she could hear his thoughts.ll ooc:: I know. It's short. But I've been having trouble posting lately. Life's been complicated for me for a while. llalways keep it in motion&&

★★★ ŜŦДЯ . ЯЗŜМЗ . ☪ДЯŦЗЯ ★★★ Star Resme Carter is feeling .::Stylish::. { Star's Hair is: Loosely curled and waved, some strands pinned to give it a weaved effect. It looks like this }{ On the Model: Ba-Bam! }{ In the spotlight I'm a Ŝ ϋ ρ з я ş ŧ α я... When Felix mentioned betting, Star instantly frowned. Kiyah was her friend, and she knew it would only be right to back the hybrid up, but Farah was tough, and was a sensible chick. Both of them deserved Star's support. More imporatantly, she didn't think this was a subject to gamble with. Gambling with lives wasn't fair. Especially when Farah and Kiyarah didn't have the ability to live forever like she and Felix did. Whether Felix meant it as a joke didn't matter. It was still a painful subject, knowing that her others of her race engaged in fights like this every day. Others of her race... that reminded her. How was Mason? Her, aside from Adam, only family? Although the elderly male vampire eagerly sent Adam and Star to Oakpoint for their own education, he was probably lonely. Now he was alone again, like many centuries before, without her and her brother at his side. What could she do to make up for being away for years and years? Suddenly struck by a thought, Star contemplated. A good way to cheer up her father, would be to give him a surprise visit. The female smiled just imagining the overjoyed look Mason would have on his face. With their earlier arguement over Felix, would Adam be willing to accompany her? Especially since he was glued to Kiyarah, his "one true love"? Star cleared her mind of doubt. This wasn't about sibling disagreements, this was about their mutual love for their father. Adam had to agree to this, for Mason's sake. Perhaps Adam's relationship with Kiyah could come in handy, now, since Kiyah could probably convince the Chairman into letting Adam and Star leave Oakpoint for a few minutes to visit their dad. Possibly even bring Kiyah and Felix along. She didn't want to take advantage of her friend, but it wasn't going to hurt anyone. Now all she had to do was find Adam and ask him to go with her on the visit... "Do you wanna go do something fun?" Hearing Felix's voice, Star widened her eyes and blinked rapidly. Feelign sheepish that she hadn't been listening to her lover again, Star smiled and nodded, happy she'd caught onto the last few words 'something fun'. His lips met her forehead, and since she was too lazy to lift her head to his lips, she settled for tilting her head and kissing lightly on his neck. "Wanna mess with the humans?" At this suggestion, Star jumped up. Looking horrified at Felix, she gasped, "No! Rule following isnt anywhere near my hobbies, but I'm not going to 'mess' with anyone!" After this, her nerves cooled down a bit, and Star looked ashamed of over-reacting to just a simple suggestion. "I'm sorry I yelled like that," the vampire apologized. She hadn't meant to hurt him or anything. "It's just that I used to be human, you know? So I really don't like the idea of hurting or messing with any of them. Sure, some of them are stupid. I used to punch guys all the time when I was a little human girl. But really. I just don't feel right doing something like that." Then, remembering her earlier idea, Star thought this was the perfect time to bring that up. THey had nothing fun to do right now, anyway. "How about, instead, you come with me to find Adam? I want to ask him if we could go and give our dad a surprise visit. That would cheer him up, with me and my bro being away. I know you don't like Adam, but don't do anything rash for my sake, okay? And if I have to, I'll knock both your lights out. Now what do you say? I'll be right back, just let me go fix my hair. It's horribly plain right now." Grinning at her boyfriend, and hoping he would agree to her idea, Star spun off and entered the bathroom, locking the door behind her. She picked up a brush, a curler, and a lot of small hairpins. This time, she knew exactly what hairstyle she would wear: the hairstyle that Mason always used to give her, when she was a young vampire. He would be happy to see her with that hair, now on her perfectly sexy grownup body. After a few minutes, she opened the bathroom door, with her silken black hair looking like this [[But black, of course]]. "Do you like?" she asked Felix. Though she already knew he would say yes. Could Star possibly look bad? And besides. She was madly in love with Felix, and he wouldn't say anything bad about her. Then stepping into her walkin-closet, and closing the door behind her, Star changed into this outfit. Stepping out again, she grinned. "Transformation" complete. "Now what do you say, we go find Adam and give Mason a present of a lifetime?" [[I'd have Star go ask Adam, but I want to see if Natasha's okay with making Felix come along]]... Behind the scenes I'm just a Ġ ї я ł }

I got a pm from Supernatural Soul Natasha the other day telling me that she will be MIA for a while. She said that she has been grounded. So for the time being we will have to cope with Natasha being delayed with her posts (she has told me that she might sneak on).
But for now let us hope that she will get through this horrible punishment and come back to us.
But just because we have lost Lyrine and Felix for a while, does not mean that you can stop posting.

{mood= ponderous ツ} ♥ Lyrine ☮ {/mood} Lyrine thought on Keith’s words carefully. At first, everything was just sort of jumbled together. Nothing made sense. How could a girl make a mistake of thinking her friend’s eyes had turned red and her skin chalky? What was she, blind as a worm? With a huge sigh, Lyrine figured she shouldn’t bring herself a hangover-sized headache by overthinking about something stupid. She hadn’t had a hangover in forever, and if she didn’t get in on the fun getting drunk part, why try to invite the bad next morning part? Besides, Quarantine had been pretty lame. Creepy as hell, but lame nevertheless. She had heard of the German psychologist, maybe in a science or history class at her old school. But Lyrine was never one for paying too much attention and she had probably been texting simultaneously so the details were hazy. "Yeah, I have been seeing my mom a lot lately. It just started too, since I came to Oak Point. Before that, I’d have some nightmares but only when I was dangerously sober and way over-tired. Or pissed off at my dad. Maybe something about sleeping in a different bed has my mind all weirded out. Or open to my conscious, whatever. Maybe its because I’m mad at my dad for forcing me to come to Oak Point. Out of curiosity, wasn’t Freud that guy who was also obsessed with sex?" She asked earnestly as the fact popped randomly into her head, but then decided to drop the subject for now. Anyway, something Keith said was starting to tickle the back of Lyrine’s mind. Something better to entertain her mind with: simply, well, him.
He had said that he wasn’t any help, Keith had even apologized. But here he had given her all this information, but he was still saying sorry. She glanced at him as he took the napkin of food from her and pulled her up. She tottered before catching her balance and standing flat-footed. He was obviously waiting for her to go to the common room since dinner wouldn’t be served at the dining hall. A little fact Lyrine kept forgetting. In the dying sunlight that would probably only last a few more spare minutes, Keith looked gorgeously cute. Innocently cute. His eyes had an intelligent and intense look and his hair was sticking out crazily, like trying to escape his head. Lyrine felt like this was the first guy in a long time she had really liked. Who knew, maybe he was. After all, most of the guys she had been with before had turned out to be real douchebags. And this was the first shy person. The others, well… the places Lyrine met them, a shy guy would have no intention being. And if he did stumble there by accident, he would be too drunk to be shy for much longer. And now something about Keith made Lyrine just pause and stare. How the Hell did I manage to get someone like him when I’ve barely been here long enough to know the Charimans name? She mused to herself with a single eyebrow raised in wonderment and her sheer good luck- which seemed to be holding up for once.
"Hey, Keith?" Lyrine asked softly as to not kill the suddenly ascended gentle atmosphere. The breeze very lightly and barely ruffled Lyrine’s messy curls, but her confidence stayed firm. Standing up on her tip-toes and just barely tall enough to reach him, Lyrine leaned forward and pressed her lips tenderly to his. As cheesy as it was, Lyrine thought for a moment the world revolved around them. Him standing there tall, Lyrine and her outstretched neck achieving him. The violins would be sobbing. Spotlight trained on them, the whole paparazzi wanting a comment. He tasted of chocolate chip cookies and sweetness. More cheesy lines. Lyrine thought to herself as her lips against his curved up in a smile. Breaking off, Lyrine enjoyed the small victory she received by his face. She could barely make out the light in his eyes anymore; it had gotten so dark already. Or maybe Lyrine was just spazzing her sense of time with savoring Keith. "Ok. I’m done. Lets go." Lyrine finished quietly. She wasn’t sure what the consequences of her impulse would be, but she didn’t care. For the first time in a long time, Lyrine felt genuinely satisfied and was willing to take anything thrown at her now. She skipped carelessly forward, turning back once to see if Keith was behind her. You'll never get u s e d to it. You'll just have to live with it.
