a friend gave me "watching from a distance" and i love it. haven't heard anything else by them, but based on this album, they're my favorite doom band right now. i especially like the poetic quality to the lyrics.

Great Album indeed, I haven't really listened to the other one much, it was good, but not as good as Watching From a Distance.

yeah i havent even been able to find their other album. but watching from a distance is excellent. the music is great, and the lyrics are wonderfully well-written. the vocals are good too, but really i cant get past the lyrics.more bands should put that much effort into writing meaningful lyrics, methinks.

I just don't like his voice that much, sometimes it's just too monotonous and carried out for me.

I liked the vocals, I can see where others wouldn't like them but they fit in very well.
