Well, originally I'd just copied it from some page and added my username below...xD;;

But if you open up Word, you can insert symbols...
Switch the font thingy to Arial Unicode MS and you should have tons of symbols to choose between, including those bar code ones, from what I know. 8B;
Like, the one I have consist of these symbols:
█ , ▌, │ , ║

(was that even any helpful? xD;; -felt it was very a confusing "explanation"-)
