This recipe is so simple and really hits the spot! When you don't have time to bake a whole cake but still want that savory chocolatey taste? Here's the perfect recipe made from stuff you probably already have!
4 Tablespoons Flour 4 Tablespoons Sugar 2 Tablespoons Cocoa 1 Egg 3 Tablespoons Milk 3 Tablespoons Oil
1.In a mug mix the flour, sugar, and cocoa.
2.Add the egg on top of the mixture.
3.Pour in milk & oil, then mix all ingredients well.
4.Microwave for 3 minutes, when done wait for the 'cake' to finnish setteling, then dump onto a plate and enjoy!
My fiance and mother like to drizzle a little caramel syrup (like for ice cream) on their's for an extra bit of flavor.
EDIT*** I just realized I put 'My fiance and boyfriend'. Wow. I mean to say 'My fiance and mother'. I have no idea why I typed fiance and boyfriend. Now I sound like a ho-bag.

I finally made this the other nite. Not really thrilled about the outcome, I think it might be the oil. 3T is also around 40 grams of fat, and then you add the egg and milk. D=
I think I'll stick with crazy cakes for quick, no fuss chocolate cake. You have to turn on the oven but it's about the same effort.
