something about this bugs me...and don't say the shading of the boob., i know it's wrong.

She looks that is going to fall, she need a little of equilibrium. Vertical line, not diagonal.
The bed is nice, but the top of the room looks flat, try to make it a little more "3d", needs sense of perspective.
