Rules

2) No Profanity or Slurs directed at another member, no exceptions.
Slurs nclude but are not limited to politically incorrect slurs, ethnic references, cultural slurs, religious or gender harassment, ect...
3) No Out of Character flaming (RP insulting must be kept thoughtful and not personal to a member)

Keep in mind we are all people here.
People that are completely equal in every way.
Being on the internet does not stop you from being a real person.
If you are offending someone, STOP!
Rethink things and cool off... save your response to someone until you can post as non-offensively as possible.
Members who breach this policy will be issued one warning and offered a suggestion for changing their manner and tone.
After that, a temporary ban (or permanent if the infraction is severe enough).

The 'Its only Pixels' complex
I hear it all the time, 'don't get so mad, its only pixels'
I really hate this argument.
The relationships people form online are just as real as those formed off it.
Relationships and feelings are based in emotion, and you don't need a physical manifestation of your self to have them.
Here on Gaia we actually have 'physical manifestations of self' in a way.
Your avatar or 'pixels'.
People put a lot of time and effort into there avys and the chars they represent.
It may not be the you you are in irl but it is still a part of you.
I believe a part of your soul goes to anything you put a lot of time and energy into.
On Gaia our souls are out to see
Please to not crush another's soul in this guild or you will be removed.

That said, I'd like all to remember this is still a game.
Games are meant for enjoyment and fun.
If you are not having fun then you are playing the wrong game.
If you have to make other poeple miserable to have fun this isn't the guild for you.
