I had some trouble with my computer.
It was going way too slow, and at one point it even shut-down and restarted on me. That's never happened before.
So instead of trying to fix a fragged computer, I just whiped the HD. It's not only easier but faster too. Just make sure you backup all your data, or you can kiss it goodby.

I actually do that about once every 6 months. 3nodding
I'm paranoid. I have no clue why. But, I'm always afraid someone/something is putting random stuff on my computer so I'll back up the stuff I use. Which....really isn't but like 3 programs. And wipeout everything else. It's a good feeling when Windows loads for the first time. O_O;
.......Maybe I'm just weird. sweatdrop

Actually I back up everything even my EXEs. Except for the few that update too much for me to do that. But I have a notepad list of all my programs that I use anyway. Everytime I get A new program I like, I just update the list.
AND I used to wipe the HD every 2 or 3 months just so I could reuse the same norton demo over and over again.
I don't think your wierd at all. Mainly because if your wierd, then so I'm I.
(on the other hand - I know I'm wierd)
