The Elven Soceity
1. The Lord of Elves
2. Kings/Queens

4. Elven citizens
After the Ancient War the few surviving elves gathered into a single forest (the forest of Maya, nowadays). There, they lived in peace and were able to repopulate in number. It wasn't long, however, before the humans began to interfere with their peaceful living. This eventually forced elves to withdraw from the earth and fall into a deep sleep. It was not until recently that the elves were able to reawaken. The exact reason was unknown, though some thought that because of their close affinity with the earth, they were able to hear the earth's distress call when Aliens invaded, which woke them up to protect the land that they loved.
The reawakened elves were no different than elves before the Ancient War. Although their most powerful and wisest, the lord of elves, were no longer with them, the elven society were still kept in tact by numerous Kings and noble families. For now, the elves have shown no desire to expand their territory beyond the forest of Maya, although rumors say that some elves are discovered in other forests as well. Nonetheless, the elves have a very stable social structure, their ranks purely dependent on their age and experience/knowledge, men and women alike.
Being closely affiliated with mother earth, the elves are masters at elemental magic. They are devote to their Goddess, Maya, and believe that magic are for the pursuit of knowledge, and should not be used for war or any form of violence. Because of this, the elves are a group of peaceful people, and would avoid conflict at all costs.
Features:pointy ears, pale skin (there is, however, a group of elves that have extremely dark skin. This group of elves have not been re-discovered on earth yet.) Higher ranking elves have tattoos on their faces.
Geographical Locations: Forests. Nowadays, only the forest of Maya (and a few other rumored forests).
Building material: wood, tree houses, marble for nobles and up
Diet: fruits and seeds, sometimes wild meat and fish, generally take a great liking to wine.
Education: mostly home-schooled, heavily on magic, starting from a young child. Within citizens there are no academic degrees. The ones that excel in magic have the possibility of becoming a noble to work for the Kings/Queens, whose title are passed down by blood nowadays (originally appointed by the Lord of elves)
Language: elven, universal to all realms. After contacting with other races the elves picked up quite a few other languages as well, but elven remains as their official language.
Lord: The lord of elves is the one that controls the entire elven race. He/she is appointed by the Goddess, and has the power to assign Kings and Queens to every elven realm. At the moment the whereabouts of this Lord is unknown.

The Demon Society

4. The demon citizens The demons, the bearer of "evil" by human legends, were reawakened just a few months ago in China. The demons were a race that was most looked down upon by humans AND other minor races. They were the inventor of the forbidden magic, although it was not by their will that the magic mutated under their use---it was a mere coincidence, a mistake when trying to control shadow magic. Nonetheless, for this reason, the demons were persecuted and especially condemned by angels, who believed themselves to be the guardian of the earth. Rather than hiding away or pushing their fault onto someone else, the demon race bravely stood up for themselves, even becoming proud of their "evil" title. After the angels gave up the earth and sealed themselves away, the Lord of demons saw no need for them to keep on fighting against "the truely evil and ignorant humans" and sealed all of his people's spirits. Interestingly enough, the immortal bodies of demons lived on, many found themselves merging into the human society after the Ancient War. When Luna was reawakened, the spirit seals were broken, and the demons that were scattered within human society found their powers returning to them. Some, those who have already forgotten that they were a demon, disliked their new abilities greatly, while others rejoiced the return of their race. Now the demons looked forward to the final awakening of their Lord, whose whereabouts is still unknown.
Having only recently reawakened, the demons lacked a true society among themselves. The ones that were back in China went about their normal lives as peasants, only to add wild animals to their diet as they used their new-found ability for hunting. The demons did not dislike the humans, it was the humans' own fear that rejected them. For this purpose most demons (who had successfully merged into human society) chose to keep their demon identity hidden.
Before the Ancient war, the demons were a hunter-gatherer society, where skills and power were ones that determined their ranks. Demons also excelled in shadow magic, the most difficult of all magics, believing that being to control shadow was a sign of their power. For this reason, the highest ranked demons were also powerful mages. Unlike the elves, however, the demons had no problem using magic to destroy.
Features: pointy ears, have the ability to grow bat-like wings at will, eyes that glow gold in the dark. Higher ranked demons usually have tattoos around their bodies as well.
Geographical Locations: they are everywhere nowadays, hidden within human society. Before the Ancient War, Demons had a hard life of living in desserts and other plagued areas to avoid conflict with other races.
Building Material: Mostly Stones before the Ancient War. Demons tend to be outside creatures, however.
Diet: Everything they could get their hands on. Mostly meat.
Education: Before the Ancient War, Demons were trained with fighting skills (as survival skills) since they were young, and then taught to use shadow magic when they were older. They do not, however, learn much of anything else.
Language: The demon language that was used before the Ancient War was long lost. Nowadays, demons only speak human language.
Lord: The lord of demons was the most powerful warrior and mage who controls the entire demon race. He was appointed by Luna herself, and has the ability to summon the arcdemons at will. He does not, however, influence common demon society like the Elven lord.
