Okay so traditionally you go through the game and maybe you get married. Then after about a month or so *wham* a kid shows up and it's calling you mommy [or daddy]. In some of the previous games (MFoMT, AWL etc.) your child is always a boy. Never grows up past toddlerhood either stare
ANYWAY... nowadays you can actually decide which you want boy or girl. I've only done this once and I chose boy because I wanted him to look like his mother [Nami] not me XP.
SO which do you prefer?

It's the sadest thing when...I thought you couldn't choose...
I'd probably choose a boy. Angels fly away...

In AWL:Special Edition, I could choose either a boy or a girl, so I chose a girl. (Thank you, Mr. Pots!) Mostly because I was curious and wanted a girl at least once. However, I married Lumina, so I don't know what the son looks like, because apparently the girl looks the same no matter who you marry, so when I finish the file I'm on now, I'll marry Lumina and have a son.

I choose a girl. I was so sick and tired of always getting boys that I was determined to get a girl. And I finally did. She's mine and Celia's child. The only thing I hate....IS THAT SHE F@#KING TALKS BACK TO ME! She keeps saying that I should learn how to care for animals and my crops better. DX

I heard that HM DS Cute, if your child was born on an even day then it's a girl, an odd day, and it's a boy. I don't really know how true that is because I had a daughter on Winter 1.
Anyways, I didn't think it made a difference but I do know that in AWL: Special Edition, the girl looks like you. So I don't know...depends on which hunk I chose to marry. 3nodding

Boy on the other games, girl in Tree of Tranquility so I can play "New Game+" as my daughter. XD
I like having a boy the most though because well... I always wanted my firstborn to be a boy. So THERE. X3
As for the HM: DS CUTE, you can easily restart your game and get a different child the day before you have it.
At least that's what I read on Fogu.<___<

it depends on who the daddy is =3 with cute guys(like gil or chase) id wanna have a girl, and with serious guys(like jin) id wanna have a boy that looked like him >.<

If Jin and Anissa get married, they have a son.
Guess what they name him? VAN. Wow, Van's dad is a doctor, and he still can't find a good diet.
