Barcetto: a small port town(more like a dock with a few houses and alot of merchant stands) that makes its money entirely off tourism. Although the town is small and without so much as a pokemone gym it's one of only two mainland stops for the superdeluxeclass cruise ship, the 'Marie Antoinette'
Conall comes from Barcetto, the port town being the perfect place for a 'child of the water' to reside. He loves to swim in the waters, watch the Pokemon, and see all the tourists that come through.
