I haven't bought from the site directly, I bought my 1/4 Ymir bjd from an ebay agency and just recently bought Bg Sunny.
I give the dolls an A+
As for the company's service; I couldn't tell you.
Obviously no help...
I HIGHLY recomend renaissancefashion , he/she is a wonderful seller of BG bjds. Go on ebay and check this seller out.

I bought my boy from Layla/Rozen Garden, and I can fully recomend her!
She was really nice, always replying my emails and everything. I even got a full outfit (worth $50) as a free gift!
