So...I was in the Texas Army National Guard and was DQ'd for a BS reason. I'm about to get back in except here's the problem...I'm already in college.
I'm going to re-enlist, and nothing's going to stop me. HOWEVER, I would like a MOS with a relatively short AIT so I only miss one semester of college, which is 16 weeks. So I need to complete basic and AIT in that 16 weeks. Or close to it. Anybody have any suggestions?
I was a 68W, but that's a 19.5 week AIT. Sorry, that just ain't happening D=

Did you already talk to a recruiter? I know its possible to re-join after a discharge, but depending on the reason, they can put a code on you that blocks you from coming back in. Thats just something else to think about.

[Drug Induced Euphoria] Did you already talk to a recruiter? Thats just something else to think about. you can re sign with being discharged as long as it wasn't a dis-honorable. honorable other than honorable and stuff like that is accepted in most cases
