Hello my name is Laura and I'm 17 and I've been smoking for roughly 3 and a half years. Recently, I have decided for whatever reason that today is going to be my last day smoking, I have one more cigarette which I'm going to smoke at some point today and then I'm quitting cold turkey.
I will be posting updates as to what the status is.
Wish Me Luck.

I quit cold turkey last year and it's been pretty successful. I've caved maybe 10 times, but each time its less and less. Sometimes I think it's habit and its just a puff.
The first week will SUCK. Candy, gum, anything to keep your mouth distracted is key key key. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. My problem isnt so much my mouth (though I have been chewing gum) its that I need something to occupy my hands,
I smoked my last cigarette at 9:50 this morning and have been craving another one ever since,
But I got rid of all the tobacco products in my house,
ugg, the first has so far been a success.
Congratulations on quitting BTW
