It's not even out yet, but it is coming here anyway sooner or later

I personally liked the dragonball series. I was never a crazy fan, I never bought any toys or clothing with dragonball on it, but i liked watching it. I've checked out what the new one looks like, and it looks ridiculous.
However, some reviewers are saying that it may actually be better than what we all may think, I'm still not convinced, but you have to think, unless someone was going to do at least decently, they wouldn't try to make people look like the characters in dragonballz do.

So maybe it will actually be a good movie since it takes some major cajones to attempt making it, either way:ridiculous/stupid or not, I'm going to see it razz

the movie doesn't look goofy or absurd
it looks like a regular old crappy action movie from the 90's or 80's
only much worse because it's operating under the name of a beloved (you cannot argue against that, look at what japan was like during year of the monkey) series
giving it a bad name to those who aren't familiar with it
while angering those who were fans by removing vital characters
(no krillin=no super saiyan)
completely changing the story
(goku in high school??)
and adding original, crappy characters when toriyama has already created an army of characters for the series

"i'm gonna remake the shining! but this time it's gonna be about ice hockey and lets get rid of that dorky little kid with all the fingers"

Which is pretty ******** sad considering how awful the source material is.

I was so disappointed with that movie. I grew up watching DB it was like a nightly ritual, then this crap was made. Tho I have a few questions where was Krillin? Or that pig?

The old Dragonball live action is the best!

How can you expect the live-action version of an animated series of DBZ caliber to be good? There's way to much stuff going down in there for them to even make the movie look even half good.
