Building your rank:
This section is for members to see how they can improve their ranks. This post will be edited on and off; suggestions on how to be dubbed higher are being called in almost everyday. Above are the ranks that members may be moved into. People will attain respect as they progress in the clan, and some will be promoted to special groups, and will either become Campaign Officers, Recruitment Officers, or Event Officers. There is also a special group of outstanding members that may not be requested to join. Then there is an extremely elite group that you may be asked to join, the Advisory Board... Here are the meanings of each;

Campaign Officers- This team is a group of people that will help out with pictures, banners, shields, etc. The only way you can become apart of this team is if you consult Pale, our campaign manager, and pass some sort of test that she gives you; ex.: showing some of your art to her; if she likes it, you may be bumped to Graphic Team if picked by her. Other crew members may put in a word, allowing Pale to maybe have a heads up of who might be coming to ask to be on the team.

Recruitment Officers- Now this team is a group of people who go around advertising the guild and trying to recruit members into the Guild. To join this office you must consult our Recruitment Manager, who will then maybe ask you a few questions about your role-playing skills and see if you have what it takes to be put under command of him. The same applies with this group about the crew putting in a word for you. Just try your best and maybe you can become a part of this honorary Office.

Outstanding Members- This group is for those who have done something extraordinary in our Guild. The people in this group will not need to do anything, aside from continuing to be outstanding! We recognize anyone in this group as an outstanding person, so kudos to those who manage to make it in!

Advisory Board - This advisory board is comprised of people that the leader or co-leader specifically will choose to come into the ranks as a moderator, the original 7 ((seen in the Black Amber picture)) were the ones who founded this group and are in charge of running it, however, if the leader or co-leader sees something special in you, you may be asked to join the advisory board, and will be notified of all affairs, and basically will be treated as one of the 7.

Last, but not least, The Normal Group- Most everyone will be in this group. If you have not been accepted into another group, or you are just a beginner working on it, you will be placed in this one. Everyone, please try your best, there is a place for everyone!

Now, these are some things that members should do everyday to try and improve there ranks;
1. Try and post in as many topics as you can. Stay current with these things; also... stay creative!
2. Suggestions are always nice and always accepted. This is a good way to achieve getting into a group. Suggestions are suggested!
3. A good way to help our guild stay alive is by donating. If you donate high, you have a chance at out Outstanding Members Group!
4. Ask questions that could pertain to all the members and crew. You can ask questions that only pertain to yourself, but ones for everyone are strongly 'asked' for.
5. (this post is still in progress and my brain is starting to smoke, crew members, please help me think of more things for everyone to do!)
