Here are the ranking for each jutsu
E-rank (Acadamy Student Level): E-Rank jutsu are the general skills every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The students are expected to know these skills before graduating to Genin.
Examples: Bunshin no Jutsu, Kawarimi no Jutsu, Henge no Jutsu
D-rank (Genin Level): D-Rank jutsu are Genin-level techniques. These skills will make up most of a Genin's arsenal.
Examples: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu, Juujin Bunshin, Shunshin no Jutsu, Narakumi no Jutsu
C-rank (Chuunin Level): C-Rank jutsu are Chuunin-level techniques. Some Genin will have one to two skills at this level, serving as their "trump cards" to pass the Chuunin Exams.
Examples: Kuchiyose no Jutsu, Nikudan Sensha, Shintenshin no Jutsu, Shishi Rendan
B-rank (Jounin Level): B-Rank jutsu are Jounin-level techniques. Chuunin and Special Jounin are able to utilize most jutsu at this level.
Examples: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, Omote Renge, Sensatsu Suishou
A-rank (Jounin/Kage Level): A-Rank jutsu are Jounin-level techniques. Some Jounin will develop their own unique jutsu from this level to serve as their "trump card" but these are mainly known to Kage-level ninja.
Examples: Chidori, Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, Juin Jutsu, Gogyou Kaiin
S-rank (Kage/Sannin Level and most Kinjutsu): S-Rank jutsu are the generally forbidden or secret techniques known only to one ninja.
Examples: Edo Tensei, Raikiri
SS-rank (Super S-rank): SS-ranked jutsu are extremely and undeniable powerful techniques that normally have an extremely high chakra drain for their use. SS-ranked techniques, like Kamui - God's Majesty (even though it is classified as a S-ranked Doujutsu the extremely powerful space-time warping power of the Doujutsu would make SS-rank best suited for its power). Normally, unless the ninja has abnormally higher chakra reserves than a Kage or Sannin, the ninja using the SS-ranked technique would normally die of extreme chakra use after use unless by some fluke that they survive. This makes SS-ranked techniques very risky but some ninja are able to survive their own SS-ranked technique no matter what.
Examples: No known SS-ranked techniques but it is possible that Kamui are actually SS-ranked techniques because Kakashi nearly killed himself when he had used it.
ones with "Unknown" on the jutsu you must seriously consider the level your self only, unless tought can you learn a jutsu of a higher rank them what you are.
