Hello. =D I haven't been around here in aaaaages, but I don't know where else to ask, and I haven't been able to find anything on the net.
So last night my friend and I were attempting to ouija board. That didn't really work. But. We had a ring of 13 candles around the ouija board [it was Halloween, we were bored. xD] And, crazy discovery: All the flames were leaning HEAVILY towards the center of the board. Like, noticible, couldn't be mistaken for some kind of draft, leaning. We moved the board, and the started to flicker and stand up straighter. Held hands in the center, and focused our energy, and they all leaned towards the center again.
At this point, we started to think maybe that the candle flames were attracted to energy. So, I put my fingers near the candle, two of them, like how you would if you were going to pick up something, but not touching the candle, just near the bottom (tea light candle, sitting on floor). The leaning flame instantly stood straight up, and went still.
Anyone ever had anything like this before? Or can explain it mundanely, even?
Oh yeah, it's not the wicks, as someone has suggested to me. We swapped all the candles randomly around in the circle, switched sides, even used different candles: they all pulled heavily towards the center of the ouija board.
