2 Cans Kernal Corn Drained 2 Cans Cream Corn 1 Can Evaporated Milk 1 Ham Steak cut into small cubes 8 Medium Potatos 2 Medium onions 8 Oz. Milk 1/2 Stick of Butter
Prepare potatos for boiling, doesn't matter if they are peeled or not. Cut onion into bite sized chunks and place them in the pan with potatos to boil. Once the potatos and onions are cooked, drain. Add the rest of the ingredients to the potatos and simmer on low heat until hot. Be careful to stir often as the milk may scorch if not properly watched. You may add salt and pepper to taste. Note: You will need a fairly large pan for this recipe. Recipe can also be cut in half for smaller portions.
