All of the teachers in British Columbia (Canada) are on strike right now.
Which means I have no school today and maybe Tuesday. eek
The bad thing was I was just on a camp for our Leadership group at our school and it had to be cut short because of the strike. We had to drive back at 8:00 at night...
Damn strike! mad

i had a teacher strike at my school b4!!!! except we still had to go to school crying

the kids in our school all decided to go on strike...too bad for them the teachers got wind of it and they sent in the police on the intended day. rolleyes dumbass

Also if this goes on for 2 weeks or so, I heard we'd have to make up the 2 weeks in the summer because there's a certain number of days you have to attend school.
Someone said they went to our school and saw our teachers holding picket signs. xd They also went and talked to them.

One day, during my junior year of high school, a lot of the teachers went on strike. We had to come to school anyway. The principal ended up putting everybody in the gym. Later, we were put in different classroom with the teachers, that did show up. All we did was talk and play games.

Ughh stupid teachers are always on strike. (B.C) In 15 years I think they went on strike four or five times.
I HATE how they have the strike right now. It's important for me cause I have provincials this year stressed . I heard it might last a month eek

I have never had a teacher stike.
At my school, there was in one class, we all got sent to the office. None of us got in trouble, becouse it was for doing things like, breathing too loud (stupid teacher.)
