These people you will respect and listen too. They cannot kick you out, but they can report to me something you've done wrong and i will ban you. i don't care if your character hates their characters, but please respect them..
Others may come into sharp play around the leader ship roles and will slowly be observed before an assessment is made and chosen to be a leader..
