Unfinished sketch, Constructive criticism please?

Well I haven't drawn anything on paper for like... months and this was something I drew last night (stayed up until 2am...).
They're supposed to be sitting on a balcony (which is unfinished since I can't draw a balcony... I'm so bad at angles... crying ).

So the main things I want help with would be fabric folds and maybe proportion... So constructive criticism and maybe a red-line would be really helpful sweatdrop

these tutorials might help you on cloths

also it might help to look at fashion books for reference or real photos of people wearing similar clothing..
.
the heads are a bit elongated for their body size and a bit large as well.. you have a nice concept though.

as for angels if you are in high school or college i would suggest take a drawing I and II course they will focus on angels a lot drawing classes help a lot.

Also, I find using RL references the best for clothing. Take a piece of cloth and drape it over a chair or something and study how it falls. Or use the ever faithful google and type "dresses" or "suits".

the faces seem kinda long O.o...but other than that, I liked it :3

The headshape is really....off. For both of them. They're too long and wide. The rest of the body looks very...scrunched. Look at the pic that someone posted with the red lines...
