Hell ya TnH! Dipshit parking enforcement slapped me with a ticket for "PARKING IN A NO PARKING ZONE" marked for between 4:00pm-6:00pm! Well guess what? the ticket was stamped 3:43pm! I was going to move my car when I found it on my window!
