Anyone else think this is some of the best stuff they've come out with in ages?
Day of the Clown was particularly good. I spent the whole first episode convinced that there was no way in hell they'd be able to come up with a logical explanation for it, and then... they did (also it really, really freaked me out).

And The Last Sontaran was most excellent. I'm so glad Maria stuck around for the first story - I was so worried they'd just start it with her gone.

And I like Rani. She's not just, like, a duplicate of Maria, which is good.

The first part of Day of the Clown was really creepy. I was also impressed when I saw the credits and learned that the same actor was both Spellman and Odd Bob. Nice character acting.

Creepiest line (when coupled with the motions) I've heard in anything for a while: "Tastes like fear to me..."

I haven't watched the latest story yet, so I haven't seen the teaser. I'll get to it this weekend.
