The game delivers in every way, shape and form.
It's simple, cute, and mindless fun. I have not at all found anything that has not followed through with the expectations that hype and the media.

Is Sackboy faster? I just wanna know before I go earn some cash somehow, and trophy whore this b***h...I mean, play the game and enjoy it.
And the jumping forward and back thing. That got annoying in beta.

it is everything you mentioned though it doesn't have an import your own images off your HDD yet, but they plan on doing that before christmasanyone with LBP add me my psn is ryuk_shinigami
