Went to Blue-C sushi in U-Village near the UW. Wowzer. And I mean both wowzer in taste AND price xD.
I felt bad cause my friend paid for all of us (over 100 bucks for FOUR people). But yeah, if I had extra money in my pocket, totally would hit up Blue-C sushi again.
They have all kinds of things, of course varieties of sushi as well, like tuna, salmon, some form of crab I think. Needless to say they had California rolls. They also had the strangest kind of ice cream I have ever had. They were like balls of ice cream with kind of a thick rubbery eatible surface so it doesn't melt so fast. Oh and it was my first time having sake. I don't quite remember the taste though.
The only other place I've seen Blue-C sushi is Northgate mall.
Oh and I discovered I am a huge fan of wasabi.

The ice cream you had was wrapped in mochi. It's a rice paste that is traditionally stuffed with red bean paste but it's very common to see it with ice cream.
Oh yea, some of the best Chinese food I've had was from Sichuanese Cuisine in Bellevue.
