Okay. I decided we'll let anyone join who wants to, regardless of them being a Barton Regular or not.

But to become an Officer and not just a Knight, and be able to lead crews and such, you have to complete the quests to become a Barton Regular.

So as soon as you attain status as a Barton Regular by finishing Mark's Quests, you are automatically a Second Lieutenant. You get promoted from there on by different criteria. I haven't figured them out yet. xP I'll get to it. xD
